Publication in Journals
Total 16 research papers published in different reputed journals with good impact
factor. Most of the publications are on development and validation of methods in LC-
MS/MS and HPLC, few are on pharmacokinetic study of drugs in animals and human
volunteer.
Paper Presentations
Two oral presentations on development and validation of LC-MS/MS methods in
International Congress of Chemistry and Environment (ICCE) Conference at
Ubonrathchathani, Thailand in Jan 2010 and 1st International Society
BioTechnology (ISBT) Conference at Gangtok, Sikkim, India in Dec 2008.
Educational Qualifications
2007-2010
Ph.D in Pharmacy with National Doctoral Fellowship (NDF), AICTE, under the
guidance of Prof. (Dr.) T. K. Pal, in the Dept. of Pharm. Tech., Jadavpur

Research Experiences
• 2006 - 2007
I worked in the R&D division of Dr. Reddy’s Laboratory, Hyderabad, India from
July 2006 to October 2007 in the department of Drug Metabolism and
Pharmacokinetics as a Junior Scientist My work involved in vivo
pharmacokinetic study of NCEs in animal species (mice, rat, hamster,
guineapig, rabbit and dog), plasma protein-binding studies, drug-drug
interaction studies, tissue distribution studies, toxicokinetic studies,
development of HPLC/ LC-MS-MS methods of analysis of NCEs and generic
drugs in biological fluids, validation of method of analysis in different matrices,
analysis of samples of clinical trials for NCEs using HPLC/ LC-MS-MS, in vitro
metabolism studies etc. I was involved in the preclinical and clinical
Pharmacokinetics (PK) profiling of molecules synthesized by the Discovery
Research Chemistry Division, Hyderabad and Reddy’s United States
Incorporation (RUSI, Atlanta). Molecules were characterized for their stability,
absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion in various in vitro and in vivo
models using sensitive tools.
