Wiper dan washer berfungsi untuk menjamin pandangan pengendara agar tidak terhalang
dengan cara menyapu kotoran dari kaca depan dan belakang.

 Wiper link

Tuas wiper (wiper link) berfungsi untuk

merubah gerak putar dari motor wiper
menjadi gerak bolak-balik wiper arm.

 Wiper Arm

Wiper arm berfungsi sebagai du-dukan /

tempat pemegang wiper blade.

 Wiper Blade
 Wiper blade berfungsi untuk me-nyapu
permukaan kaca.

WASHER

Washer berfungsi untuk me-nyemprotkan
cairan pembersih ke kaca.
Dan terdiri dari :

2. Washer motor
3. Washer hose
4. Washer nozzle

 Tangki Washer

Tangki washer berfungsi sebagai

penampung sementara cairan pembersih.

 Motor Washer

Motor washer berfungsi untuk mengeluarkan

cairan pembersih dari tangki dengan
bertekanan.
Dan dibagi menjadi 3 tipe :
1. Tipe gigi
2. Tipe squeeze
3. Tipe sentrifugal

 Nozzle

Nozzle berfungsi untuk menga-rahkan

keluarnya cairan pem-bersih.
Diameter lubang orifice 0,8 – 1 mm dan
jumlahnya 1 – 2 buah.
CARA KERJA

1. Wiper Low

Aliran arus :
Battery  ignition switch “ON”  wiper fuse  B wiper switch  +1 wiper switch  +1
wiper motor  wiper motor  E wiper motor  massa
- Wiper bergerak lambat

2. Wiper High

Aliran arus :
Battery  ignition switch “ON”  wiper fuse  B wiper switch  +2 wiper switch  +2
wiper motor  wiper motor  E wiper motor  massa
- Wiper bergerak cepat

3. Wiper Off
 Aliran arus :
Battery  ignition switch “ON”  wiper fuse  B wiper motor  +S wiper motor  3 INT
Relay  2 INT Relay  -S wiper switch  +1 wiper switch  +1 wiper motor  wiper
motor  E wiper motor  massa
- Motor berputar lambat sampai plat kontak terlepas dari B wiper motor.

4. Wiper Intermittent

Dalam intermitent relay, kontak point akan terhubung dan terputus secara otomatis.
Aliran arus :
Battery  ignition switch “ON”  wiper fuse  4 INT Relay  2 INT Relay  -S wiper
switch  +1 wiper switch  +1 wiper motor  wiper motor  E wiper motor  massa
- Wiper bergerak lambat
5. Washer ON

Aliran arus :
Battery  ignition switch “ON”  wiper fuse  washer motor W wiper switch  E wiper
switch  massa
- Motor washer berputar.
