Abstract - Biofeedback is a method of assisted learning which makes possible the variation of physiological
functions: it helps the patient to control functions over which he has little or no control. The biofeedback’s
applications include, for instance, breathing reeducation and muscular movement recovery. The development of
a software system fits the necessity for a generic, easily configurable tool, reusable in a wide range of
applications: the same system can be used with many kinds of patients - such as children, adults, visually or
auditory deficients - on many kinds of feedback-driven therapies.
