Abstract
Hoist is a product that only has sold and used by industry or a factory. The Hoist
necessity rely on the development of storied buildings. Through the quantitatif,
market’s potension of hoist product is low, and so the level of the market’s growth
of hoist product is blocked. In the market that has high level of market’s growth.
Addition by a lot of factors of new opponents, and remind that hoist production is
not a shopisticated technology, the company that has built the factory of hoist
production which must do the bisnis, because it experienced the problems which is
hard to solve, the result of big modals that has invested. All of the factors is
influencing of the level of competition in high level.
