We are extremely delighted that you are considering Penview Hotel as the
preferred venue for your upcoming event.
It is with pleasure that we herewith append our quotation for your kind
consideration.

Function Hall : Subject to number of person confirmed and

Time of Function : 6.30pm

Charges (Main Table) : RM558.00 nett per Table


Charges (Normal Table) : RM328.00 nett per Table

program to facilitate banqueting arrangement.

Personal Expenses : Please be advised that in the event your
participants require
signing facilities at the hotel, a deposit will be
collected from
the participants upon check-in / arrival.

Confirmation of Function : As a matter of policy, the hotel requires a 50%


deposit
(non-refundable) upon confirmation of function
and a letter
of undertaking. Payment in full is to be made
three (3) clear
working days before the event. All cheques are to
be made
payable to :

Express Condition : Activities to be carried out during the event which


forms the
subject of this reservation must be consistent with
the nature
of your business. In the case of social activity, it
must be for
the purpose as declared during time of making
reservation.
Any material deviations may render this
reservation invalid
at the sole discretion of the hotel which may result
in
forfeiture of your deposit / advance payment.

Cancellation Policy : The following shall be imposed as cancellation


fees:
 50% if cancellation takes place 21 days before
event
 Full Payment if cancellation takes place 3 days
before event.
 Request for cancellation must be made in writing.

Venue : Subject to availability upon confirmation.

Cut-Off-Date : The above tentative booking is subject to an


automatic
cut-off period on 12th January 2011. We also
reserve the

right to confirm other bookings prior to receiving
any written
confirmation and / or deposit from you on or
before the
cut-off date.

General Liability : We reserve the right to inspect and control all


functions. The
hotel is not responsible for loss or damages no
matter how
caused, to any samples, displays, properties or
personal effects
brought into the hotel.

Music Author’s Copyright Protection (MACP BHD)

 A MACP Permit Licence is required for functions involved usage of music


either via pipe-in music / music machine / DJ / Karaoke / Fashion show of live
artistes performances in the function rooms, banquet hall or ballroom of the
hotel.

 The client shall bear the MACP Permit Licence fee and the hotel shall not in
any event be liable or responsible for any civil criminal action taken by
MACP against the client should they failed to obtain the said Permit before
the function.
