DEED OF DONATION

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION, made and executed in Gubat, Sorsogon, Philippines, by:

AAA, of legal age, Filipino, married to FELIX M. MANIQUIS, with residence and postal address at Diaz
St., Gubat, Sorsogon, hereinafter called the “DONOR”,

-IN FAVOR OF-

BBB, Filipino, of legal age, widow, with residence and postal address at Brgy. Rizal, Gubat, Sorsogon,
hereinafter called the “DONEE”,

WITNESSETH: That

That the DONOR is the owner of half of a parcel of land situated in Brgy. San Roque, Bulusan,
Sorsogon, which is particularly described as follows:

Transfer of Title No. T-12345

“A parcel of land situated in Brgy. Magagayon, Irosin, Sorsogon, containing an area of FOUR
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVEN (4,207) square meters and designated as Lot No. 7451-H.
Bounded on the SE., by Lot 2345-F; on the S & SW., by Lot 7895; on the NW., by Lot 7415, Pls-
855-D,; and on the NW., by Lot 3654.”

Furthermore, the DONOR is also the owner of the following parcels of land:

Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-75846

“A parcel of land situated in Brgy. Nato, Gubat, Sorsogon, containing an area of EIGHTEEN
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWO (18,202) square meters and designated as Lot No. 2345-A,.
Bounded on the SE., by Lot 4562-B.”

Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-44444

“A parcel of land situated in Brgy. Tiris, Gubat, Sorsogon, containing an area of TWO
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE (2,233) square meters and designated as Lot No.
7485.”

That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the DONOR has for the DONEE, the said
DONOR, by these presents, transfers and conveys, by way of donation, unto said DONEE, her heirs and
assigns, the above described properties, free from all liens and encumbrances.

That the DONOR does hereby state, for the purpose of giving full effect to this donation, that this
donation is not made with intent to defraud her creditors, and that she has reserved for herself in full
ownership, sufficient property to support herself in a manner appropriate to her needs and her legal
obligations; and

That the DONEE does hereby accept and receive this donation of the above-described real and
personal properties, and does hereby express gratitude for the kindness and liberality of the DONOR.
