Authorization Agreement for Use Form

BETWEEN:

TerraChoice Environmental Marketing Inc., hereafter referred to as TerraChoice

AND
GreenwashingAlert.com
_______________________ hereafter referred to as "The Authorized Party"
(Legal Description of Authorized Party)

PURPOSE:

TerraChoice agrees to authorize the Authorized Party to reproduce graphics or content from either of the Sins of
Studies in journal articles, posters, magazines, on websites, books and other printed materials that are
describing the Studies;

Whereas the Authorized Party intends to use the Sins of Greenwashing graphics or content from the study for/in
Use on GreenwashingAlert.com, a site for exposing corporate greenwashing.

The Authorized Party is bound to respect the following conditions:

1. Conditions: By signing this Authorization Agreement, the Authorized Party agrees to print the Seven Sins
of Greenwashing Study or any of its related graphics using only the information/ graphics provided by
TerraChoice and cite TerraChoice as the original owners;

2. Liability: The Authorized Party will indemnify TerraChoice against any liability, loss, costs, or damages,
which could arise out of this Agreement.

3. Assignment: The Authorized Party shall not assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, without the prior
consent of TerraChoice.

4. Term: This Agreement is in effect on the date of execution, and terminates when the publication or
campaign in which the Seven Sins of (or any of its graphics) are reproduced either becomes out of
print or the usage changes.

5. Termination: If the Authorized Party fails to comply, at any time, with any of the authorization conditions
identified in this Agreement, TerraChoice may terminate this Agreement fourteen (14) days after
notification of non-compliance.

6. Applicable Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario.

7. Communications: The parties agree to accept facsimile communications for the purposes of this
Agreement.

8. Execution: IN WITNESS WHEREOF, TerraChoice and the Authorized Party have executed this
Agreement.
