Beggary is considered more or less one of the oldest
professions of our society. Usually, people adopted
begging because of destitution, broken homes, diseased,
physical handicap and unguided childhood etc. Generally
they are available at rubbish dumb, road sides, and traffic
lights and under flyovers.

Thanks to ALLAH who has given me a chance to make

a decision to help poor people.
On the basis of my topic, I have decided to help poor
beggars in my society.

Analyzing the problem:

To understand the causes behind the beggary, when I
research I found that most of them are children of age 10
to 15, they are about 6-8 members per family and their
parents has no income sources. After observation I found
that following causes are behind their situation.
 Poverty
 Lack of parental control
 Biological cases
 Forced to beg

Generating alternatives:
Than after observing their situation I generated
following solutions to minimize their poverty
level.

 Make Care centers.

 Give their parents job in my garments manufacturing factory.
 Collect charity to minimize this social problem.
 Pass a bill for their welfare.
 Make colonies.
 Request government to run income support programs.
 Motivate people not to encourage beggary.
 Officially completely ban on beggary.

Calculations:
Then I estimated a cost and time for their welfare to give them better
life as soon as I could and to make them a good citizen of Pakistan.
Here are my calculations.

work Cost Time

Care centers Initially Rs. 5 lacs 5-6 months
Give their parents Just Rs. 30,000 2-3 weeks
job
Charity Initially Rs. 50,000 3-4 months
Pass a bill for their Rs. 5000 2-3 months
welfare

Choosing the option:

I will choose option 2, because:
 It is less costly.
 Could be completed in short time.
 Implemented easily as I will heir them as a worker in my own
factory.
 They will happily accept my proposal because I’ll teach them
how to stitch and how to use sewing machines free of cost.

 Reserved budget is to give them meal twice a day during
learning period and to purchase school uniforms for their
children.

Benefits of my decision:
 After being taught they will be able to earn handsome salary.
 Their children could get education.
 They will become a civilized people.
 They will be able after earning money to make their homes good.

Implementation:
I will implement it taking following steps.
 I’ll discuss it with my father.
 I’ll show him all the budgeting I have done.
 I’ll go beggar’s homes and will motivate them to work in my
factory I’ll offer them a good salary.

 Then I’ll start classes for them.
 After, they being taught I’ll give them work to do.

Controlling and evaluating:
Than after implementation I’ll check,
 I’ll monitor their all activities.
 I’ll check they are learning in a proper manner or they are facing
troubles.
 I’ll take a serious note of their complaints.
 I’ll daily ask them whether they are sending their children to
school or not, if not then I’ll offer them that if they will send
their children to school; then they will get a bonus with salary
every 2 months later.
As this they will start earning money. Their children will start
going to school and as this they will become a civilized people.
