The chief complaint: sesak disertai nafas berbunyi ‘mengi’
- Onset dan durasi : dari tadi malam sampai pagi ini
- Sesak terjadi tiba-tiba setelah anak bermain bola pada sore hari
- Sesaknya sampai tidak bisa bersekolah, sering sesak apabila anak kecapaian/cuaca
dingin
- Gejala saluran nafas lain : sering terganggu oleh batuk pada malam hari
- Ayah menderita Asma
- Diobati dengan obat batuk saja, sirup (tidak tahu obat apa), diminum 3 x 1 sendok teh
Common signs and symptoms of pediatric respiratory disease:
a. Medications : belum berobat untuk sesak ini
b. Allergies: riwayat alergi dingin
c. History of chocking : tidak ada
d. Fever : tidak demam
e. Cough : ada bila malam hari
f. Noisy breathing: tidak ada
g. Wheezing/suara nafas ‘mengi’ : ada
h. Stridor: tidak ada
i. Cyanosis: tidak ada

- Sesak timbul apabila anak terlalu capai/cuaca dingin

- Ibu sehat selama hamil, lahir cukup bulan (9 bulan), spontan/normal, ditolong bidan,
berat lahir 3100 gram, panjang badan lahir: lupa, langsung menangis, tidak biru-biru.
