PARTIAL MARITAL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE


WITH DEPENDENT OR MINOR CHILDREN

We, Tom and Helen Anderson , being sworn, certify that the following statements are true:

1.We were married to each other on June 1, 2005.

2.Because of irreconcilable differences in our marriage, we have made this agreement to settle once and for all
our issues regarding our children, Timothy and Melissa. Each of us states that nothing has been
held back, that we have honestly and that we believe the other has been open and honest in
writing this agreement.

3. Each of us agrees to execute and exchange any papers that might be needed

SECTION III. PARENTING PLAN ESTABLISHING PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY AND TIME-


SHARING

A. Weekends. The parties agree that the Father shall have parenting time with the minor child Timothy
every other weekend beginning on November 1, 2010, on Friday at 6:00 p.m. and ending at 6:00
p.m. on Sunday. The Mother shall have parenting time when the child is not with the Father.
B. During the Week. The parties agree that the Father shall have parenting time with both minor
children, Timothy and Melissa, every week, from Tuesday night at 6:00 p.m. until Wednesday at
6:00 p.m. The Mother shall have parenting time with the minor children when they are not with
the Father.

C. Holidays: The parties agree that they will share the holidays and coordinate them based on an odd and
even schedule. The Father shall have parenting time with both minor children during the even
years on Easter or Spring Break if either of the children are in school, on July 4th, and on
Thanksgiving. The Mother shall during the even years have parenting time with the minor
children on any day that school is out, as an extra holiday time (Labor Day, Veteran’s Day etc),
as well as Halloween. The parents shall exchange holidays in the odd years.

Christmas: the Father shall have the first ½ of Christmas break (based on the Manatee County
school schedule even if children are not in school yet and the parties shall exchange the children
at 12:00 noon on Christmas day and the Mother shall have the second ½ of Christmas break with
the Father beginning his prior regular parenting schedule again when the children return to
school, even if the children are not of school age yet, based on the school schedule of Manatee
County.

Any holiday not specifically designated shall be celebrated by the parent who would have the
children on that parenting scheduled day.

The children shall share Father’s Day with the Father and Mother’s Day with the Mother, no
matter who’s parenting day or weekend the day falls on.

The parents shall not, unless they agree jointly, interrupt the parenting schedule for the children’s
birthday, but each parent may celebrate the children’s birthday when they have parenting time
with the child.

I, Tom Anderson certify that I have been open and honest in entering into this settlement
agreement. I am satisfied with this agreement and intend to be bound by it.
