I have served as Provincial Coordinator Literacy- Balochistan, where I was
responsible for the operations of the entire districts of Literacy Program only.
Reason which I almost have been to many districts in Balochistan. Following were
the Job Descriptions:
î| Responsible for monitoring of Literacy Program in the entire Province.
î| Coordination with Line Departments at the Provincial level and with the
higher management of literacy program at Head Office.
î| Ensuring the Compilation of reports of the entire districts· programs.
î| Visit to each district once in a phase, and reporting of the running status.
î| Collection/Ensuring of DIPs & Work Plans of all DPMLs (district program
managers).
î| Facilitation of all DPMLs in the districts regarding the Literacy Program.
î| Identification of gaps in capacity building in the literacy teams, across the
Province,
î| Feed back to the teams, Provincial Office & Head Office regarding the Gap
in capacity building and recommending/conducting training for the teams.

I have served on the position of Regional Program Officer in Zhob Region containing
of 2 districts: Zhob & Sherani, for approximately 14 months (14 September 2008 to
December 2010 with the following Responsibilities:
î| Looking after all the interventions (projects/programs) at the region,
î| Responsible for the entire Managements of the region,
î| Looking after the entire Regional Operations/Activities,
î| Responsible for the entire reports (created/sent from the region on monthly
and or either basis),
î| Role playing between the region and Head Office, region and all stakeholders,
î| Answerable to Chief Executive Officer & Manager Field Operations for all
tasks assigned to me & the Region, positively,
î| All the regional tasks to be looked after and should go through RPO·s office,

I had served as District Literacy Officer in the NCHD for one phase which
comprises of six months. In which I had got various sorts of responsibilities, being
Head of the Literacy Sector on district level:-
î| I always would give presentations and lecture before the Literacy Staff and
Teachers as they were given books training in each phase three times. I
used to be responsible for the whole Literacy Sector·s Staff to make them
understand for the whole purpose of Literacy Program.
î| I would write down each day·s Daily Diary and Tentative Work Plan at the
end of each week.
î| I did have to correspondence with both Provincial and Head office (at
Islamabad) through Internet of each kind of reports and records.
î| I would write down Monthly Narrative Report as well as Monthly planner
and send them to the quarter concerned each month.
