responsible for the operations of the entire districts of Literacy Program only.
Reason which I almost have been to many districts in Balochistan. Following were

î| Responsible for monitoring of Literacy Program in the entire Province.
î| Coordination with Line Departments at the Provincial level and with the
higher management of literacy program at Head Office.
î| Ensuring the Compilation of reports of the entire districts· programs.

I have served on the position of Regional Program Officer in Zhob Region containing
of 2 districts: Zhob & Sherani, for approximately 14 months (14 September 2008 to
December 2010 with the following Responsibilities:
î| Looking after all the interventions (projects/programs) at the region,
î| Responsible for the entire Managements of the region,
î| Looking after the entire Regional Operations/Activities,
î| Responsible for the entire reports (created/sent from the region on monthly
and or either basis),

î|Overall responsible for all the social mobilization activities in the region.
î|Conducting the Potential Contact Persons (PCP) workshops.
î|Guiding and Assisting Social Mobilizers by ;( Making contact with and
organizing local communities in the most appropriate forms of organization
(in the given situational context).
î| Training local leaders and activists in the basics of organizing communities
and introducing a program of saving, capital formation, and skill
development.
î| Training concerned local persons in maintaining records, organizing savings,
and developing plans (prior to actual training) for the utilization of skill
training at the community level.

inculcate the spirit of debate and discussion with in BRSP.

I have served as Regional Literacy Trainer in the Literacy Sector (Education
Department, NCHD) for almost 2 years, as my region would contain districts: Pishin,
Qila Abdullah, Qila Saifullah, Ziarat, Kharan, and Zhob). My job responsibilities
were:
TRAININGS were given to District Literacy Officers, Literacy Coordinators & Social
Organizers on the entire Provincial and district Levels, on the following

comprises of six months. In which I had got various sorts of responsibilities, being
Head of the Literacy Sector on district level:-
î| I always would give presentations and lecture before the Literacy Staff and
Teachers as they were given books training in each phase three times. I
used to be responsible for the whole Literacy Sector·s Staff to make them
understand for the whole purpose of Literacy Program.
