Dear Ms. Doe:

Re: FLASHBACK – The Best of the 90’s

It was a pleasure speaking with you about Flashback – Best of the 90s. As discussed, I am sending you
our proposal with some of the changes of which we spoke, these changes where made because of
opportunities that have presented themselves.

Flashback – The Best of the 90s at Pepper’s, Waterloo Road, has restructured its date to Saturday April
4th, 2009. This new date for this event has been strategically orchestrated to bring in the festive season,
by becoming the Premier Retro Party of the Easter Holiday, and if that’s not enough we have formed a
synergy with Quad Night Club to offer 800 patrons free entry with invitation to our pre-party on
Wednesday April 1, 2009 which is retro night at Quad Night Club.

Flashback has also dramatically increased its entertainment package to include the best of the music
industry both from the 90s era and today, The improved line up includes; DJ Rush of Code Red, Arif
“Supa” Cooper of Fame FM and formally of Syndicate Disco, Copper Shot Disco, exclusive flashback
feature the return of Master Lee of Code Red, formally of club liquid and Mirage and now noted
producer and the ultimate Flashback, sound system from the past – The Mighty Travelers Disco plus
other guest selectors. The line up and ambiance created by our team will be sure to elevate the
standards of this premier event and other retro parties to follow.

The Marketing Plan set forth for Flashback is not only geared towards attracting 800 – 1000 patrons,
which we are accustomed to hosting, but infiltrating the target market of age group 18 - 45 and a
potential customer base of over 50,000 for our sponsors.

Our extensive and comprehensive marketing campaign includes the following:

• Hype TV - Hype up and live
• CVM- Hit list
• Radio Entertainment package on ZIP 103Fm
• Major advertisement package on Fame Fm.
• Kool fm will be placing ads on heavy rotation
• Direct -emails to over 20,000 potential patrons.
• Mix CD distributed all across the Kingston Metropolis
• Facebook advertisement and other social networks.

The Propositions – An atmosphere set around entertainment and socialization usually allows one to
release their inhibitions to try new and diverse products, thus becoming that person’s product of choice.
Our patrons will represent a wide cross section of the Jamaican population which will give Sponsor
extensive exposure, through our pre and post marketing campaign.

We would like Sponsor to become a strategic partner of ours and journey with us to captivate our
audience. In order to effectively bring our theme to life; we ask that you invest $100,000.00* to cover
our extensive marketing campaign and giveaways for our radio and street promotions.

We will provide Sponsor** with;
