Monolithic Membrane 6125

is a thick, tough, flexible, self-
healing membrane for use in
waterproofing and roofing
applications for both new
and retrofit construction. It
can be used both horizontally
and vertically. MM6125 is a
special formulation of refined
asphalt, synthetic rubbers and
extenders.

Monolithic Membrane 6125® Flashing/Reinforcement Separation and Protection

Fully-adhered, monolithic rub-
berized asphalt waterproofing
membrane for new and retrofit
construction. Environmental
grade available.
MM6125 is known for its
long-term performance, flexibility
and self-sealing properties.
Two assemblies available:
• Standard @ 180 mils (4.6mm)
• FR @ 215 mils (5.5mm).
Horizontal and vertical
installations
Flex-Flash UN: An uncured neo-
prene flashing at exposed walls,
curbs, penetrations, expansion
joints and angle changes.
Flex-Flash F: A spun-bonded
polyester fabric designed as
standard reinforcement for
MM6125 for use at changes in
plane, construction joints and
cracks. Also used in MM6125
FR assembly.
Flex-Flash MB: Modified
Bitumen also available for
flashing.
Courses
Hydroflex® Protection Sheet: A
fiberglass reinforced, rubberized
asphalt protection course.
Hydroflex will not shrink or curl,
eliminating the possibility of
damage and stress on the mem-
brane.
Available in 90 mil thickness
for waterproofing and 40 mil
thickness for roofing. 60 mil
(1.5 mm) available in Canada.
