a) FRIED POTATOES

Ingredients

4 red potatoes

 1 tablespoon olive oil


 1 onion, chopped
 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
 2 tablespoons olive oil
 1 teaspoon salt
 3/4 teaspoon paprika
 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Equipment

 Large skillet
 Plate
 Pot

Steps

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender
but still firm, about 15 minutes.

2. Drain the potatoes and cut them into 1/2 inch cubes when they are already
cool.

3. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium high heat. Add
onion and green pepper. Cook about 5 minutes stirring often, until soft. Transfer
to a plate and set aside.

4. Pour remaining 2 tablespoons of oil into the skillet and turn heat to medium-
high.

5. Add potato cubes, salt, paprika and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally,
until potatoes are browned about 10 minutes.

6. Stir in the onions, green peppers and parsley and cook for another minute.
Serve hot.

H. Langkah-langkah Kegiatan Pembelajaran

Pendahuluan (10 menit)


 Guru menyiapkan peserta didik secara psikis dan fisik untuk mengikuti
proses pembelajaran dengan memberi salam, mengajak peserta didik
untuk merapikan kelas dan penampilan mereka, mengajak peserta didik
untuk mengawali kegiatan dengan berdoa, dan memeriksa kehadiran
peserta didik.
 Guru memberi salam dan menyapa peserta didik.
 Dengan bimbingan guru, siswa mengungkapkan topik sebelumnya yaitu
seputar procedure.
Inti (15 menit)
1) Mengamati
 Siswa mengamati video terkait dengan teks procedure.
 Siswa membaca text procedure yang diberikan oleh guru.
2) Menanya
 Dengan bimbingan dan arahan guru, siswa mempertanyakan tentang kata-
kata yang sulit dan struktur teks procedure.
 Guru menjelaskan tentang struktur teks dan struktur bahasa yang ada pada
teks.

3) Mengumpulkan Data atau Informasi


 Dengan bimbingan dan arahan guru, siswa mempertanyakan tentang
bagaimana cara menemukan gagasan pokok, informasi rinci dari
informasi tertentu dalam teks procedure acak tersebut.
 Siswa dapat menemukan gagasan pokok, informasi rinci dari informasi
tertentu dalam teks procedure acak tersebut.

4) Mengasosiasi/Menganalisis Data atau Informasi


 Siswa dibagi menjadi beberapa kelompok, dan mendiskusikan
 Siswa mendiskusikan jawaban yang benar dari questions yang diberikan.
 Setiap kelompok siswa saling menganalisis teks dan memilih jawaban.

5) Mengomunikasikan
 Masing masing grup menukarkan hasil pekerjaannya.
 Siswa mengoreksi jawaban dari pertanyaan yanga ada pada teks
procedure yang benar.
 Salah satu dari siswa membahas kedepan jawabanya
 Siswa diberikasal evaluasi terkait teks procedure dan menjwabnya dalam
kertas yang telah disediakan.

Penutup (2 Menit)
 Guru dan peserta didik secara bersama-sama membuat ringkasan bahan yang
sudah dipelajari pada pertemuan ini.
 Guru memberikan tugas kepada siswa untuk mencari contoh cerita masa
lampau.
 Guru menjelaskan rencana kegiatan pembelajaran yang akan datang.

The ingredients:
 150 g tempe
 1 tablespoon flour
 1 egg
 1 spoon Royco
 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
Here are the instructions:
 Mash the tempe with a fork.
 Put the mashed tempe in a bowl and mix with the flour and Royco,
followed by an egg.
 Shape the tempe into the size of a golf ball and flatten a little with a
fork.
 Heat the vegetable oil in a medium flame. When the oil is hot, drop the
tempe into the oil, five or six at a time.

Program Pengayaan :

lebih ) diberikan pengayaan
2) Bentuk pengayaan disesuaikan dengan materi yang telah disajikan dan
berdasarkan ketuntasan siswa sama atau lebih dari KKM

MATERI PENGAYAAN :

HOW TO MAKE GADO-GADO (VEGETABLE SALAD WITH PEANUT


SAUCE)

INGREDIENTS :
- 2 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 cup 1" cut long beans
- 1 bunch swamp cabbage cut up
- 2 cup beansprouts
- a few lettuce leaves
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup cooked cubed soya bean cake
- 1 medium size boiled potato cubed
- 1 sliced hard-boiled egg
- 2 tablespoons fried onion shrimp crackers

SAUCE :
- 1 cup fried peanut
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon shrimp
- 2 red chillies
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon tamarind
- 1 lemon
salt to taste
water, depending on desired thickness

UTENSILS :
- pot
- colander
- mortar and pestle
- serving dish

PREPARATION :
1. Boil separately the cabbage, long beans, swamp cabbage and beansprouts than
put aside.

2. Pound the fried peanut into a fine powder. Using the mortar and pestle, crush
the garlic, shrimp paste, chillies, brown sugar, tamarind into a paste adding a
little salt.
3. Mix the peanut and the paste together and add the water to desired thickness.
4. Squeeze the lemon into the sauce.

PRESENTATION :
1. On a serving dish spread the vegetables out. Put the cabbage first, round the
edge with lettuce, then put the cucumber slices on top of the lettuce. In the centre
put the others vegetables, the soya bean, potato, garnish with the sliced egg.
2. Pour the sauce over all this, and garnish with fried onion and shrimp crackers.
