Jabaran Seorang pasien perempuan berusia 39 tahun datang dengan keluhan

Skenario: pipi bagian dalam sebelah kanan dan kiri terasa bertambah kasar sejak
beberapa bulan terakhir. Pasien memang sudah merasa pipinya terasa
kasar, namun tidak sampai separah saat ini. Saat pasien memeriksa di
depan kaca, terlihat adanya bagian pipinya yang seperti terkelupas dan
berwarna putih. Pasien adalah social smoker sejak 1 tahun terakhir,
belum menikah, bekerja sebagai manajer di sebuah perusahaan asing
yang sangat sibuk dan sedang mengurus ibunya yang sedang sakit.
