Director’s Message
I take this opportunity to present, with immense pleasure, the Placement Brochure for the
year 2010 for the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Rural Management).
India stands on the brink of change and Rural India is leading the way. It is at this crucial
juncture that the students of XIMB Rural Management would prove to be the bond that
unites Rural and Urban India.
We at XIMB are extremely proud of the commitment and dedication exemplifi ed by the

and the well being of the rural mass has been highly appreciated across India and beyond.
This coupled with world class faculty, excellent infrastructure and continually upgraded

challenging assignments and accomplishing them successfully.
I welcome you to XIMB, to experience the academic environment of the Institute as well
as the competence of our students and to recruit them not only as human resources but
rather as “human capital” and “change agents” for the country.
