CONSTITUTION:
PREAMBLE:
The aim of Town link Cab Organization is to create a conducive working environment
for the betterment of every member and as a way of offering quality services to our
esteemed customers.
1) ORGANIZATIONAL’S TITLE:
3) OBJECTIVES:
To grow to new heights in other developments fields and establish a networked mode
of transport
4) MEMBERSHIP:
To be entitled for membership one has to fully pay fee and abide to the organization’s
rules and regulations and fully commit himself by being a good team player
(a) To join the organization as a new member a total sum of Kshs 30,000/=
(Thirty thousands shillings only) is payable to the office
(b) When an established member who has been a driver is blessed enough to
buy his own car he will be entitled to pay Kshs 10,000/= ( Kenya shillings
ten thousands only)
7) MONTHLY CONRIBUTION
Every member is entitled to contribute Kshs 500 for running and betterment of the
organization.
8) FUNDS
The funds collected should be used for the purpose the members deem fit i.e. buy
property(s) like land, cars etc
9) BANKING
For security purposes the funds collected should be kept in the organizational bank
account at National Bank.
10) SIGNATORIES
Bank signatories are supposed to be three (3) and mainly the office bearers Chairman,
Secretary and Treasurer are mandatory signatories.
One member is elected to be a signatory whereby he acts on behalf of the absentia of
the mandatory signatories.
(c) Resignation
(i) If a member wishes to resign he should write a resignation
letter one month prior
(ii) One will be entitled to any refunds

(e) Treasurer 1
(f) Coordinator 1
The selected office bearer should serve the organization for a least a period of one year.

(f) Co-ordinator
(i) Coordinating all the activities inside and outside the office
(ii) He is the overseer of the organization
(iii) Coordinate with the disciplinary committee in solving
disputes
(iv) He has power to sideline an indiscipline member during
meetings
(v) Ensure that every member enjoys the hospitality of the
organization
(vi) Create a harmonious relation and understanding among the
members
(b) Special General Meetings can be called when need arises and should be
given two weeks notice
Inspection of accounts should be done by four independent members who are office
bearers inclusive of the treasurer.
This constitutes a panel of four members who are responsible of disciplining errant
members
Assets or any monies belonging to the organization should be shared equitably by all.
The treasurer together with the inspectors of account should give quarterly reports on the
development of the organization.
20) WELFARE
The treasurer deem fit to have social gatherings/activities and giving support to the
members in need as a way of promising cohesiveness. This is inclusive of among things
