From a humble beginning, 60 years ago, from a small khokha in Lahori Gate New Delhi, Jaipur Golden
has become a leading transport company in India having a network of 150 branches, all over the
country. With 600 terminals spread all over the country, we endeavor to serve our customers with our
speed, safety and service, our motto, guiding us though our history of business through the last 60
years. Once your shipment arrives at any one of our terminals, it becomes our responsibility to carry it to
the destination within the guaranteed time, again a new concept introduced by Jaipur Golden, in the
seventies. Now with changing times and requirements, a consignment never leaves our system till the
final delivery is made, from the godown or at the door of the customer.

Before partition, Shri Sardari Lal Bahri, Tulsi Dass Khanna, S. Makhan Singh and Shri Murari Lal Bahri,
were having a business of bus service in Sargodha (in Pakistan), and were having a fleet of 50 buses.
After partition they shifted to India and started afresh their transportation business as a small venture
with 2 rambling trucks, operating from wooden stalls near Lahori Gate in the year 1948. Today Jaipur
Golden Transport Company has blossomed into one of the largest and reputed transport companies.
The credit for this transformation goes to the founding fathers, Shri Sardari Lal Bahri, Late Sh. Makhan
Singh, Late Sh. Tulsi Dass Khanna and Shri Murari Lal Bahri, who nursed it with their sweat and blood.
In this they were ably assisted by seasoned Directors and a set of young dynamic executives and the
entire team of loyal, trusted workers.

Description :
Cryogenic transport tanks are primarily used as distribution equipment to deliver liquid gases
such as Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, CO2, Methane, etc. from production centers to the consumer
points. These are double walled vacuum and perlite or super insulated tanks and the inner vessel
is made of stainless steel to withstand cryogenic temperatures.

These tanks designs are ideal for mounting on the vehicle chassis, allowing maximum contact
between the bottom of the tank and the chassis. Larger tanks are available as semi-trailer type.
The operation box at the end of the tank enhances convenience of operation. An in-built
evaporator ensures quick withdrawal of liquid. A unique suspension support system optimizes
thermal heat loss while improving operation under difficult road conditions. Larger tanks can be
mounted on flat bed chassis as per customer requirements.

Transport tanks are normally filled at relatively low pressures. However, at the point of delivery
the pressure has to be increased to a suitable point above that of the gas distribution system at
the customer's location. Hence, cryogenic transport tanks are fitted with pressure building coils
and a liquid transfer pump.

Origins and Definition

The word of logistics originates from the ancient Greek logos (λ?γος), which means “ratio, word,
calculation, reason, speech, oration”.

Logistics is an idea considered to have transformed from the military's need to supply
themselves as they moved from their base to a forward position. In ancient Greek, Roman and
Byzantine empires, there were military officers with the title ‘Logistikas’ who were responsible for
financial and supply distribution matters.

The Oxford English dictionary defines logistics as: “The branch of military science having to do
with procuring, maintaining and transporting material, personnel and facilities.”  Another
dictionary definition is: "The time related positioning of resources."  As such, logistics is
commonly seen as a branch of engineering which creates "people systems" rather than "machine
systems".

Logistic Function
A logistic function or logistic curve models the S-curve of growth of some set P. The initial stage
of growth is approximately exponential,  then, as saturation begins, the growth slows, and at
maturity, growth stops.

As shown below, the untrammeled growth can be modelled as a rate term +rKP (a percentage of
P). But then, as the population grows, some members of P (modelled as −rP2) interfere with
each other in competition for some critical resource (which can be called the bottleneck,
modelled by K). This competition diminishes the growth rate, until the set P ceases to grow (this
is called maturity).

A logistic function is defined by the mathematical formula:

for real parameters a, m, n, and τ. These functions find applications in a range of fields, including

Concentration of reactants and products in auto catalytical reactions follow the logistic function.

example the abilities of persons on a continuum based on responses that have been categorized
