Objective Steps

Microsoft Word Program is one of the Word Processing Programs. This program allows you
to write documents such as reports and letters. It gives you the opportunity to edit and format
documents. So, let’s start with Microsoft Word Program.
In order to open Microsoft Word program, you should do the following steps:

After you have wrote the short paragraph, you need now to format it as in the sample
bellow. In order to format any text in Microsoft Word you need to highlight it first and then do
your formatting. The following table will display some icons and their function in formatting
text.

It’s nice to provide a picture support the text. It makes the context meaningful esp
especially
ecially for
the visual people. In order to insert a picture in Microsoft Word, you need to click on ((Insert
Insert) on
the main Menu. Then you choose the icon ((Picture). ). After that, you choose any picture that
you want from your computer to be inserted in the file. Press ((Ok) to conform.

With the same way you insert a picture from insert menu, try to
insert a Clip Art.
Note: Click on Organize clips at the button. Then choose from the
categories by double click then copy and paste.

Now you wrote and formatted the paragraph. What if you need to write the same word in
many different places? Should you write it each time?
Microsoft Word has a great feature that help you to redundant the text as many as you wish
by a mouse click. So, if you want to copy a text you should highlight it. Then with right click on
the mouse you choose the option copy
copy. After that, you paste it in desired place by rightt click of
the mouse.
