This one-day Premiere Children’s Book Festival features more than 100 Authors, over 30 Illustrators,
Storytellers, Entertainment, an Animal Arena, Kids Activities, Food & over 30,000 attendees. Reach thousands
parents, kids, teens, teachers and consumers who are eager to learn about your books, products & services!

This festival WILL be SOLD-OUT! Don’t be left out at this outstanding event!

CONFIRMATION POLICY-
Upon receipt of your payment in full and our approval of your application, you will be notified of your booth number
and sent additional details for exhibiting; such as set up information, badge requests and options for additional booth needs.

CANCELLATION POLICY-
A $50 administrative fee will be retained for cancellations before September 1, 2011.
Due to the limited number of spaces available and our likely sell-out, no refunds will be made after September 1, 2011

SPACE & SCHEDULING POLICY-


Space is assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis. Our office will make the final decision on booth space assignments.
Full Consideration will be given to exhibitor’s requests, type of service, and previous participation.
