Key Experience:
Admitted as a lawyer in Saudi Arabia, has extensive experience working with
international law firms in Riyadh and Washington DC. Mr Al-Hussan specializes in
corporate finance and general corporate transactions. He has experience in advising
corporations on a range of transactions including IPOs, right issues, acquisition;
private equity work, as well as advising on KSA-based real estate and Islamic
Finance. He is bilingual in Arabic and English. He writes a weekly column in Saudi
