Brian has been with Koenig & Strey ever since 2003 after he left Property Consultants. He brings a
decade of real estate, marketing and development background and as a Development Analyst for a
national developer and a full time real estate consultant, Brian knows firsthand the importance of
providing excellent customer service. Brian approaches real estate with the same dynamic enthusiasm
that he had when he earned a degree, in Communication and Marketing from the University Of Illinois.
A native of Chicago, Brian currently resides in River North and specializes in providing a full range of

Stephen Northey
Stephen studies the market daily, to track properties new to the market and enjoys creating marketing
plans and making use of the latest technologies. Stephen finds that his former career as a bond trader,
plus owning and managing his own two-flat, have provided skills beneficial to his real estate career.
Born and raised in Oak Park, IL, Stephen is equally familiar with the Oak Park/River Forest area and city
neighborhoods, such as Edgewater where he now lives with his wife and young daughter. He serves
as Vice President of EPIC Blockclub in Edgewater and also is an active supporter of the Edgewater

Lyle Harlow
Lyle Harlow joined Koenig & Strey Real Living in 2003 after seven years with Ford Motor Company,
working in marketing, sales and franchising. As an MBA-educated veteran of the corporate world and
a certified Corporate Mobility Specialist, he works extensively with people who are relocating to the
Chicago land area, as well as with first-time buyers, His motto is “never say no to yourself—ask for what
