SYAMSIAR,2018.’’ Uji Efek Diuretik Infusa Rambut Jagung (Zea mays L)

Terhadap Hewan uji Mencit ( Mus musculus)’’(di bimbing oleh I Nyoman
Ariawan.S,Si.Apt)
Telah melakukan penelitian tentang uji efek diuretik infusa rambut
jagung (Zea mays L) terhadap hewan uji mencit ( Mus musculus) dengan
tujuan ini mengetahui efek diuretik infusa rambut jagung. Penelitian ini
menggunakan 25 ekor mencit kemudian dibagi kedalam 5 kelompok dan
setiap kelompok terdiri dari 5 mencit .Untuk infusa rambut jagung dengan
konsentrasi 25%b/v,35%b/v dan 45%b/v .Na cmc sebagai Kontrol negatif
dan Furosemid sebagai kontrol positif.Evaluasi efek diuretik dilakukan
dengan mengukur volume urine setiap selang waktu 1 jam selama 3
jam .Analisis data hasil penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode
Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dan uji lanjut Uji Beda Nyata Terkecil
(BNT).Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwah Infusa Rambut Jagung
dengan konsentrasi 25%b/v,35%b/v,dan45%b/v dapat memberikan efek
diuretik terhadap hewan uji mencit ,dan pada infusa rambut jagung (Zea
mays L) konsentrasi 45% memberikan efek diuretik paling optimum.

L) Against Mice Test (Mus musculus) '' (guided by I Nyoman Ariawan.S,

Have done research about test effect of infusa diuretic of corn hair
(Zea mays L) to mice test animal (Mus musculus) with this purpose know
the effect of baby hair infusa diuretic. This study used 25 mice and then
divided into 5 groups and each group consisted of 5 mice. For corn hair
infusa with concentration 25% w / v, 35% w / v and 45% b / v. Na cmc as
negative control and Furosemid as a positive control. Evaluation of diuretic
effect is done by measuring the volume of urine every 1 hour interval for 3
hours. Analyze data of this research by using Completely Random Design
(RAL) and further test of the Smallest Differential Differential Test (BNT).
From the result of this research it was concluded that the Corn Hair Infusa
with concentration of 25% w / v, 35% w / v, and 45% w / v can give diuretic
effect to mice test animals, and in the corn hair infusa (Zea mays L) 45%
concentration gives most diuretic effect optimum.
