Inception:

I think the film was amazing. One of the best movies I've ever seen, I even admitted to myself
after watching it a second time today. But I also agree with you that it does not go without its
imperfections.
I think the dialogue in the first half was a little unnatural only because of how rushed it was.
Nolan tries really hard to catch the audience up to speed with how the world works in order to
pull off something as magnificent as the second half of the movie.
At the same time, I think he leaves certain aspects ambiguous, such as the Extractors'
background, to create the lore you mention and to pull the audience into believing the world he's
created.
The one ambiguous aspect of the film that struck me the most, however, was something else you
mentioned. I believe Ariadne's character was especially questionable because of her ambiguous
nature.
She seemingly comes out of nowhere, with little to no back story, and is almost immediately
launched into Cobb's subjective mind, poking around his deepest memories, places not even
those who are closest to him could even imagine.
Ariadne is extremely suspect in my mind, and it’s been an interesting time reading everyone's
theories of what she signifies and what her real role might have been.
I agree that Inception grapples with the old-as-philosophy-itself philosophical problems you
mention; the question is, does it contribute anything to these problems, or merely acknowledge
their existence?

I undoubtedly will need to see the movie a few more times, but my first impression was that it
handles these problems at a kind of Philosophy 101 level, only breaking the surface.

animals. Presence of insect and rodents in a community indicates the possibility of

higher morbidity and if disregarded may lead to higher mortality. By frequent cleaning
on the surroundings the breeding place and living space of the insect and rodents will
be minimize. It also decreases the occurrence of certain illness and disease.

Table C.12 Frequency and Percentage Distribution According to Vaccination

Category Frequency Percentage

Complete 6 85.71%
Incomplete 1 14.29%
Total 7 100%

*Ages 0-3yrs. old

Interpretation:

The data shows that most of the children have complete

vaccination with the percentage of 85.71% and incomplete is 14.29%

General Implication:

It shows that almost all of the children completed their vaccinations.

The data shows that only one child is not yet fully vaccinated since he/she is only 3mos.
Old. Vaccination plays an important part on the children’s health. It boosts the child’s
immunity and gives added resistance to unmet viruses and diseases.

D. Health Status
Table D.1 Frequency and Percentage Distribution According to Illness

N=21

Category Frequency Percentage

(URTI)-Upper Respiratory 15 71.43%
Tract Infection
Flu 5 23.81%
Hypertension 1 4.76%
Total 21 100%
Interpretation:

The data shows that the highest frequency of illness is (URTI) with
the percentage of 71.43% followed by Flu with the percentage of 23.81% and the lowest
is Hypertension with the percentage of 4.76%

General Implication:

The table above shows that majority of the people in the community
has acute respiratory tract infection and flu is also common due to poor environmental
sanitation at the same their ventilation. It was formerly believed that the discomfort,
headache, and lethargy commonly associated with poor ventilation were caused entirely
by the increase in the amount of carbon dioxide and the decrease in the oxygen content
of the air.

Table D.2 Frequency and Percentage Distribution According to Illness for past 6
months

N=21

Category Frequency Percentage

0-12mos. 1 4.76%
1-3yrs. 5 23.80%
4-6yrs. 3 14.29%
7-12yrs. 4 19.05%
13-18yrs. 4 19.05%
19-35yrs. 1 4.76%
36-80yrs. 3 14.29%
Total 21 100%

Interpretation:

The data shows that 1-3yrs. Old of age has the highest frequency
of cases illness with the percentage of 23.8%, next 7-12yrs. And 13-18yrs. Old of age
which has the percentage of 19.05% both respectively. 36-80yrs. Old of age is 3 rd with
the percentage of 14.29% while the lowest 0-12mos. and 19-35yrs. of age having
4.76% both respectively.

General Implication:
The data show that majority of the age groups that acquired
illnesses for the past 6 months are (1-3yrs. old of age). Infant and toddlers are more
susceptible to illness and disease than the older age groups.

Table D.3 Frequency and Percentage Distribution According to Place of

Consultation

N=21

Category Frequency Percentage

Hospital 2 9.52%
Health Center 1 4.76%
Private Clinic 1 4.76%
None visits 17 80.96%
Total 21 100%

Interpretation:

The data shows that the highest frequency of distribution in place of

consultation is none visits with the percentage of 80.96% next is hospital with
percentage of 9.52% while the health center and private clinic got the lowest percentage
of 4.76%.

General Implication:

The table shows that majority of the population preferred consulting

from home visits of public health workers due to the distance of their community from
the health center. But in order to aid the problem they do prepare to have a home visit.
As health advocates we should promote the health programs of the DOH and
encourage the people not to wait for PHW personnel to visit their homes. It should be
more advisable to consult in the nearest health center or hospital for quick detection and
cure.

Table D.4 Frequency and Percentage Distribution According to Family Planning

Status of married Woman

38

Interpretation:

The data show that the highest frequency of the family planning of
married woman is non-acceptor with the percentage of 73.33% followed by acceptor
and drop-out with the percentage of 30% both respectively.

General Implication:

The majority of the family planning of a married woman is non-

acceptor which refuses to participate in family planning methods. It is also due to the
fact that majority of woman in their community are at the ages of 40 and above which
means they are not required to participate family planning. While few are practicing
family method and the other are drop-out due to old age.
