1. Explain what the Anti-cancer agents?

Answer :
Genetically modified strains of modified viruses, such as herpes simplex virus
and vaccinia virus, are being investigated for treatment of cancers.These
strains have been modified so that they are able to infect and destroy specific
tumour cells, but are unable to infect normal cells.

Merupakan istilah teknis untuk satu partikel virus lengkap yang
tersusun dari asam nukleat dikelilingi protein

5. Explain the components of the virion virus ?

answer :
Capsid: selubung protein disusun oleh banyak subunit protein (kapsomer),
kapsomer yang dapat identik atau berbeda.
Genetic Material: RNA atau DNA, tidak kedua-duanya
Nucleocapsid = Capsid + materi genetik
Konponen tambahan pada beberapa virus:
Sampul (Envelope): terdiri dari protein, glikoprotein, dan lipid.
Envelop dapat ditutupi oleh struktur serupa paku (spike) yang merupakan
karbohidrat dan protein kompleks
Virus telanjang (Naked viruses) tidak punya sampul.
