Indus Planet Seminar Business Model

It is my understanding that Indus Planet wishes to create a seminar


Real Estate seminar model in India that will be operated much like the
successful models that are operated in the U.S. An overview of this
model is as follows:

Phase One- Establish Preview and Training locations and dates


a. Hotels or other venue to hold preview
b. Hotels or other venue to hold trainings (must coincide)

Phase Two- Marketing to fill a series of Preview events


a. Media- TV, Radio, Hard Mail, Email- combination?
b. Run your media 2-3 weeks prior to the FREE Preview event

Phase Three- Preview events and front end sale


a. Free Preview- 6 to 8 shows over the course of 3-4 days at a
different hotel location daily or same depending on the data base
of people
b. Includes the sale of a 2-3 day training event at 2-3k per couple-
money will be collected there and some after the event.

Phase Four- Follow up prior to the event (initial retention effort)


a. Collection of outstanding money
b. Close those people on the fence
c. Start the retention with phone call and mailer about the event and
maybe homework to keep them excited

Phase Five- The Training Event


a. Deliver the 2-3 day training event as education of the US market
and investing- includes a power point and speakers.
b. Deliver the opportunity back end sale of lots
c. Collect funds there as applicable

Phase Six- Back end follow up


a. Close people on the fence
b. Collect money
c. Management as a client- Indus Planet
Staffing and Budget

Front End Team


a. (1) Lecturer- Primary Speaker
i. $2,500.00 guarantee per trip against commission
ii. 10% of all gross sales closed from event effort
iii. Paid Travel- Coach
b. (1) Team Leader- Manages road crew
i. Per diem of $30.00 per day
ii. $100.00 base per preview
iii. $25.00 per package sold up to 25 units
iv. If more than 25 units- reverts to $30.00 per unit sold
v. Paid Travel- Coach
c. (2) Road Crew and sales team- set up and sales team
i. Per diem of $30.00 per day per rep
ii. $75.00 base per preview per rep
iii. $25.00 per package sold up to 25 units
iv. If more than 25 units- reverts to $30.00 per unit sold
v. Paid Travel- Coach

Customer Service & Retention Team


a. (1) Part time position- could be Indus Planet person
i. $15.00 Per Hour no benefits

Back End Instructor Team


a. On Site Coordinator- Liaison to hotel and set up for event
i. $650.00 base per event
ii. $200.00 per lot sale up to the first 10
iii. $250.00 per lot sales over 10
iv. Paid Travel- Coach
b. (2) Instructors
i. $500.00 base each- per speaking day
ii. $750.00 per lot sale up to the first 10 sales
iii. $1000.00 for all lot sales over 10
iv. Paid travel- Coach

Coast 2 Coast Trainings Compensation

C2C Trainings compensation proposal is as follows:

Retainer- $25,000 up front upon contract agreement

Commissions based on Production:


Over ride of 5% of all gross sales on front end up to 100k
Over ride of 7.5% of all gross sales over and above 100k

Over ride of $500 per lot sales on back end up to 10 lot sales
Over Ride of 1,000 per lot for sales above 10

For this we will build the entire front and back end of the training from
presentation, power points, staff, procedures and operations, training
and ongoing support to ensure continued success in this program. This
does not include any other staff costs that may be required to run the
operation outside the people that I need to run my side.
