Website • Website maintained by TWNIC and TWNIC Secretariat • All APv6TF members provide updates / news / inputs / information of APv6TF meetings to secretariat to be uploaded in the APv6TF website 2. Next APv6TF meeting • Next APv6TF meeting will Secretariat be held in Kuala Lumpur after APAN meeting (End of July 2009) • APv6TF meeting in the afternoon (2.30pm-6.00pm) • Four tracks in the morning (9.30am-12.30pm) handled in parallel: I. SIP-IPv6 Track (Lead by Prof Sinchai) II. IPv6 Migration (Lead by Awina III. IPv6 DNS Track (Lead by Norsuzana (MYNIC)) IV. Regulatory Track (Prof Sures, Miwa Fuji and regulator from Malaysia / Japan) 3. Advisory Board • Decision will be made during KL APv6TF meeting on whether or not Advisory Board is required 4. Secretariat • Secretariat funded by the Government (e.g. Currently the APv6TF secretariat is funded by MYNIC) 5. Projects • To tie in with funding providers • SIP servers to be setup during next APv6TF meeting • To request APNIC and ITU to fund various projects such as IPv6 trainings, pushing IPv6 applications, 1 day IPv6 training (e.g. how to setup IPv6 SIP server) 6. APv6TF Advisors • To request Jun Murai, Secretariat Awang Lal and other IPv6 to be APv6TF advisors (email to ask whether they would like to be the advisors and their names to be included in the website upon agreeing) 7. IPv6 Network • To get ITU and APNIC to Engineering support CNE6 training Certification (CNE6) 8. Expertise • To be included in the Awina and website Norsuzana 9. Membership • Organizations become APv6TF members through a certificate issued by secretariat 10. Video Conferencing • Video Conferencing Secretariat Systems Systems accounts will be given to APv6TF members when required for APv6TF meetings / discussions 11. APv6TF Email Loop • To be cleaned up and TWNIC and organized (not active Secretariat emails (bouncing emails) to be removed 12. Members Form • Forms to be distributed via Secretariat email to verify APv6TF members and their emails • To indicate whether the members are representing a country or international organization 13. APv6TF Meetings • Regional (MAIN) Meetings (Adhoc and Regional – to be held once / twice a Meetings) year with the support of IGF, APNIC or APAN • Adhoc Meetings – to be held during IPv6 summits or other major conferences / meeting • During meetings, can have different IPv6 tracks (but more focused IPv6 tracks compared to the ones in conferences, e.g. why should we migrate to IPv6 or how to setup DNS IPv6 Server) 14. Website Online Voting • Person who votes must be (Decision Making) the voting person-in-charge / nominee for the country / international organization 15. APv6TF Guideline / • APv6TF request APNIC to Roadmap look into providing IPv6 roadmap document with timeline for APv6TF
