Introduction
• Konstruksi adalah industri terbesar di
dunia, namun akibat pandemi Covid-19,
performanya menjadi tidak baik
• Krisis Covid-19 mengakselerasi perubahan
dan secara radikal lima hingga 10 tahun ke
depan industri konstruksi akan berubah
(McKinsey, 2020)
• Untuk bertahan dan berkembang para
pemain di rantai nilai konstruksi harus
membuat strategi untuk menangani
disrupsi

Kesimpulan
• Pandemi COVID-19 telah memengaruhi industri konstruksi
• Industri konstruksi perlu menyikapi bahwa pandemi harus dihadapi dengan
protokol kesehatan yang ketat
• Industri konstruksi perlu mendapatkan stimulasi dari Pemerintah agar
industri konstruksi bisa berjalan terutama pada industri berskala kecil
menengah
• Industri konstruksi perlu ada rencana recovery plan agar dapat
menjalankan bisnis dengan rencana komunikasi, dan strategi mitigasi dan
pencegahan
• Dengan Model Recovery, maka kinerja industri konstruksi akan meningkat
