When I See The Blood!

And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and
when, I SEE THE BLOOD, I WILL pass over you, and the plague shall not
be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.

Exodus 12:13

This is one of the most powerful and profound statements that God ever made in
the bible! It reveals to us our most power weapon for overcoming circumstances
and situations and the master-key for walking in victory here on the earth. Yes I
am talking about the Blood of Jesus. As Christians we have failed to realise its
power and significance in our walk with.

Here God was saying, “When I see.” not “If I see”. In other words nothing will
happen until I see the Blood! Beloved our salvation, blessings or riches in God
is not based on what we do or our obedience to Him even though that is a
requirement for walking with Him, but it is anchored on the blood! Moses was a
faithful servant in the eyes of God. He prayed and talked with, and so did other
Israelites who cried unto God for deliverance – Ex 3:9. God confirmed to
Moses that He had seen the oppression of His people and had heard their cry,
but “until I see the Blood I cannot deliver”. When I see The blood, I WILL…!

Wow what a revelation, how many of us are really conscious of the blood of
Jesus in daily walk with God. We have not taken time to develop our faith in it,
so we fail to invoke its power in our lives. Everything that we are and have
received from God is because of the blood of Jesus:

Let’s take a look at the following scriptures:

Ephesians 1:7

In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins,
according to the riches of his grace;

There is no deliverance or forgiveness of sin without the blood of Jesus. Read

Hebrews 10: 1-28.
Hebrews 9:14-15

How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit
offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead
to death,[a] so that we may serve the living God!

For this reason Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are
called may receive the promised eternal inheritance—now that he has died as
a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant.

Through the blood we have a heavenly inheritance with God!

Hebrews 4: 14-16

Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens,
Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.
15
For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of
our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
16
Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain
mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

The blood gives us access into God’s presence, and boldness to approach Him
without the consciousness of sin.

Revelation 12:11

And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their
testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

It is through the blood that we triumph over the devil and all our enemies.

There are so many others scriptures in the bible that reveals to us the power of
the blood. We need to read and study them so that we can develop our faith in
its power and begin experience true victory and triumph in our daily lives. You
can only win the battles of life by invoking the blood through faith. Your prayer
is not enough if it is not anchored on the blood. You may be the biggest giver in
your family or church, but you are not guaranteed an harvest outside the blood.
God said, “When I see the blood”. So it is the blood that moves God and your
act. Don’t get me wrong the act of obedience is necessary but it much be backed
up by your faith in the blood. When you sow your seed (financial or otherwise),
invoke the power in the blood for a harvest. End every prayer by invoking the
power of the blood for a response from God. When you put the blood before
every you thing you do here on the earth you will become unstoppable and the
devil will not have a say over your life!

Get into the word of God and begin to study the blood, you will be amazed by
the revelations you with encounter through the help of the Holy Spirit. He will
open your eyes to amazing insights!
