The Plant 1 process technicians are responsible for implementing the tasks listed
below.
Authority:
All verified Plant 1 process technicians are authorized to invoke an emergency
shutdown of the plant as they deem necessary.
Consequences of Deviation:
Process parameters which would dictate an emergency shutdown are listed below. A
verified operator can shut down the plant if they feel any process parameter is heading
toward an unsafe condition.
