with supervisors to coordinate use of airspace for training maneuvers. Orchestrated
scheduling between numerous departments utilizing a variety of aircraft to achieve
maximum benefit of this premium resource.

• Organized a team of specialists to validate a location in Turkey as part of a military


contingency plan. Coordinated the visit and site survey of this area in terms of feasibility
for future staging opportunities.

• Increased sales revenue for the company through creation of tailored client
presentations outlining the value of using our services. Researched and modified these
informational demonstrations as needed to fit the client’s goals and objectives and close
the sale.

• Devised a novel approach to bring 1000 lbs of frozen pork into Yemen for deployed US
citizens. Organized the use of State Department diplomatic pouches within aircraft to
successfully bring this needed commodity into a country who religious views frown on
such an ingredient.

• Improved productivity by creating a new scheduling tool that could be utilized by


company locations showing which branch I would be visiting next for client appointment
needs. Enhanced customer satisfaction and Branch personnel business opportunities
through this application.

• Increased sales for the company by developing a comprehensive sales training program
for Junior Brokers. Created curricula, handouts and delivered lecture, small group and
one on one instruction on the techniques needed to become successful independent
Brokers.

for additional training and performance incentives to encourage a sense of ownership in
the overall organization.

• Coordinated and orchestrated all aspects of a 2-day conference for organizational


personnel. Planned agenda, scheduled 6 speakers, and negotiated with various
vendors’ conference needs including AV equipment, lodging, catering requirements.

• Selected as 1 of 2 USAF pilots to go to Yemen to assist the Saudi Arabian Air Force in
training Yemen pilots to fly the F-5 fighter. Acted as a liaison between Saudi Arabia,
Yemen and Northrop to accomplish these training missions.

• Reduced operating expenses through review of the organization’s travel budget policies.
Established new procurement standards in the rental of vehicles for travel that reduced
this budget over 10%.
