opposed to other varieties, help improve brain function while keeping the body healthy
and strong.
Walnuts: This dry fruit contains Omega-3s, polyphenols and muscle building protein in
abundance. So, if you want a single ingredient that helps maintain a healthy heart,
guards against asthama and helps build muscles, then have five to six walnuts every day,
especially as a post-workout snack.
Oats: The Food and Drug Administration of the United States gave its seal of approval to
Oats as a health food because of its soluble fibre content. This lowers the risk of heart
ailments and you need not have any concern about the presence of carbs as release of
these sugars are slowed by the fibre. Take half a cup of oats per day.

are turned off by body odour, so at least for the sake of the woman who is close to you,

4.Neat nails: Keep your finger and toe nails well trimmed. Please refrain from growing
your nails, it’s the ugliest sight in the world, a man with long nails. Keep your nails short
and cut straight. The next time you go to your salon for a haircut, try out a manicure.

5.Skin care: Is your skin prone to acne? If so, then its time you switched to a medicated

9.Trim stray hair: If you have hair sticking out of your ears, nose or through your shirt,
trim them regularly, No woman should ever see it! And also ensure that the back of your
