ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

Terms & Conditions

1. No. of visits per compressor

six visits two months once.
2. Emergency Visits
Two emergency visits will be offered in the event of any unforeseen
Breakdowns. Break down calls will be attended within 24 hours time after
registering the complaint in our Customer care System.
3. Spare Parts
This contract does not cover materials/spares that are required for
replacement or repairing during the tenure of contract. Any spares
required during this period including consumables like oil, filters etc have
to be procured separately by customer. ELGI will be submitting the list of
maintenance spares to be maintained at customer's end during the AMC
Period.
4. Cleaning agents
Cleaning agents like Cotton waste, diesel/kerosene, chemical solution etc.
required for service purpose has to be provided from customer's end
during the required time.
5. SPM Check
ELGI will carry out the Shock Pulse Meter Check of your compressor two
times in a year.
6. Service Tools
ELGI will provide necessary special purpose tools other general/standard
tools [like spanners, pipe wrench, screwdriver etc.] will have to be
provided by customer.
7. Manpower
Normally ELGI service engineer would be able to carry out the necessary
services. However customer should provide any manpower assistance
that may be required at the time of the job. Cleaning of the compressor
exterior Parts has to be done from customer’s end.
8. Scope of Work
As per the attached Annexure-2.
9. Commencement of Contract
AMC will start from the date of signing of the agreement by Customer.
10. Payment
Two months once/payment by way of D.D or Cheque payable at
Coimbatore
