HOW TO REDEEM
Reservation is required. Reserve directly by phone at least 1 day before your visit.
Show your Traveloka voucher and a valid ID (KTP/SIM/Indonesian passport) of each person taking the test to
the receptionist.
If you are under the age of 17 or do not have any of the aforementioned IDs, you may use a valid Family Card
(Kartu Keluarga), Child Identity Card (KIA), or a KTP belonging to a legal guardian. Call the clinic directly if you
would like to use any other type of ID.

Customers must present their Traveloka voucher and a valid ID (KTP/SIM/Indonesian passport) of each person
taking the test.
Customers who are under the age of 17 or do not have any of the aforementioned IDs may use a valid Family
Card (Kartu Keluarga), Child Identity Card (Kartu Identitas Anak), or a KTP belonging to a legal guardian.
Customers who would like to use other ID types not mentioned above must call the clinic directly.
The clinic reserves the right to deny service to customers who are unable to present a valid ID.
Due to COVID-19 protocols, a maximum queue limit applies to prevent crowds inside the clinic. Please contact
the clinic prior to your visit.
The test results will be available in 15 minutes or more, depending on the number of customers at the outlet on
the day of your visit.
Customers with non-reactive (negative) test results will receive a medical certificate that can be collected in
hard copy, soft copy by email, or both.
Customers with reactive (positive) test results will be referred to a hospital for further examination.
COVID-19 rapid test results are not valid for flights departing to certain destinations. Check up-to-date travel
regulations at traveloka.com/en-id/safe-travel and read the official guidelines from airport authorities before
booking.
The clinic and Traveloka may not be held responsible for any rejection by airport authorities due to incorrect,
incomplete, or expired documents.
