This Employment Agreement dated Friday, 28th January 2011 is made between:

1. Commencement of Employment
This employment contract will begin on Thursday, 10th of February 2011 and continue until
terminated as set out in clause 7 (below).

2. Place of Work
Stipulated schools in Singapore

3. Job Description
3.1. Job Title – Trainer/Consultant

3.2. Duties
- To teach enrichment courses in stipulated schools in Singapore
- To train students and produce/direct a stage production at the end of the year (i.e. if the
stipulated schools expects a stage production)
- To assess the progress of the students twice a year (June and December)

4. Remuneration

4.1 The Employee’s basic salary of $40 per hour shall be paid in cash or by cheque 7 days
after the consultant’s claim form is submitted via email/post or soft copy.

4.2 The Employee’s salary for parent teacher meetings, stage productions and rehearsals will
be at $10 per hour.

4.3 The Employee shall be entitled to the following allowances (if any):

4.3.1 Reimbursement of taxi fares (if absolutely necessary and agreed upon by both the
Employer and Employee) and materials bought for classes conducted will be claimed at the
end of the month in the claim form. Receipts must be scanned or soft copies given to the
Employer. The Employer will consider reimbursement claims null and voided if receipts are
not presented.

5. Public Holidays

5.1 The Employee need not replace classes that fall on a public holiday unless preferred by
the Client.

6. Sick Leave

6.1 If the Employee is on sick leave, a class replacement will be expected, in the event a relief
trainer is unavailable. If a relief trainer is available, the Employee will not be paid for his/her

7. Termination Of Employment And Notice

7.1 Upon confirmation of your employment, either party may terminate the contract by
giving one (1) month's notice or one (1) month's salary in lieu of notice.

7.2 The Employer reserves the right not to give any reasons for termination.

7.3 The Employer, however, has the right to give immediate notice before terminating your
services if you are guilty of misdemeanour, misconduct, negligence or breach of any of the
terms of this Employment Agreement Contract.

7.4 Upon the termination of your employment the Employee shall return to the Employer all
documents, records, items and materials in your possession or custody belonging to the
Employer or its clients and shall not retain any copies (including electronic or soft copies)

8. Confidentiality

8.1 The Employee shall not disclose to any third party any confidential information obtained
during your course of employment unless expressly authorised by the Employer.

8.2 Confidential information for the purposes of this contract includes and is not limited to
business plans, strategies, worksheets, lesson plans and any other information that will affect
the Employer’s competitive position.

8.3 The Employee’s obligations to maintain confidentiality shall apply after your employment
until such time that the information is no longer confidential or has been made public by the

9. Governing Law

9.1 This Employment Agreement Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of Singapore.

8. General

8.1 Any changes to this agreement will only be valid if they are in writing and have been
agreed and signed by both parties.
