1. SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE (SDLC)

The Software Development Life Cycle is a process that ensures good software is built. 
Each phase in the life cycle has its own process and deliverables that feed into the next phase. 
There are typically 5 phases starting with the analysis and requirements gathering and ending
with the implementation.  Let’s look in greater detail at each phase:

Stage 1: Scheduling and Requisite Analysis

During the discovery phase our team conducts a detailed requirement analysis and
creates a work-breakdown structure.

Stage 2: Scheming the product design

We identify the design and architecture of the project. SRS is the reference for product
architects to come out with the best architecture for the product to be developed.

Stage 3: Structure or Mounting the Product

In this stage of SDLC the actual development starts and the product is built. Different
high level programming languages such as C, C++, Pascal, Java, C# and PHP are used for coding.

Stage 4: Testing the Product

Testing is the last phase of the Software Development Life Cycle before the software is
delivered to customers. During testing, experienced testers start to test the system against the
requirements.
Stage 5: Consumption in the Market and Safeguarding

Once the product has been fully tested and no high priority issues remain in the
software, it is time to deploy to production where customers can use the system.
2. Introduction:
We don’t sell a ‘boxed’ product. Each structure we create for our clients is obsessed by
their exact specifications and domestic process. Too often, agencies change their creative now
and processes to fit technology. We believe it should be the other way around. An promotion
outfit or ad charity is a “service business” fanatical to create, deal and usage marketing (and
sometimes other forms of back-up for its regulars. An ad agency is independent from the client
and provides an outside point of view to the effort of selling the client's products or services. An
agency can also handle overall marketing and branding strategies and Sales Promotion for its
clients. In order to avoid the above problem this project is to provide advertisement details like
advertisement cost in various channels. Depending leading the resources the a choice of
channel can allot unusual advertisement.

Abstract:
Advertising can be considered as the successful resource which is a combination of
different techniques that could be used for the purpose of promoting products and services of a
company. The brand image and brand awareness can be created by using the advertisements.
Nowadays, in this competitive market for getting competitive advantages among their
competitors many companies are using advertisements as their major marketing campaigns. In
order to perform their advertisements, companies are trying to make use of advertising
agencies through which they are trying to design their advertisements efficiently to attract the
customers. Especially promotion agencies are happening to be chief resources within the
marketing field and they are in performance important role in underneath the company with
their helpful selling design and campaign. Advertising agencies are the set of people who has
experienced brilliant and skilled individuals capable of making proficient advertisements on
behalf of companies in order to be successful themselves in the market place. The main
functions of marketing agency are explain in detail as follows:
 They will allow the company to form brand attentiveness among the regulars of specific
company
 They will support the companies in humanizing the sales and market values of their
harvest and services
 They will put into words the products and service messages of the specific company to
the customers

Advertising agencies are providing many advantages to the companies in maintaining their
product expertise with variety acquaintance and they will even save the costs and time of the
companies who are frustrating to bazaar their products and militia by using promotion agency.
The major advertising mediums in the current markets are newspapers, television, mails, radio,
magazines, and broachers, outdoor and social media sites. 

Objective of the System:

               An advertising outfit is a service business committed to create, advance and handling


advertising other forms of promotion for its clients. An ad agency is independent from the
client and provides an outside point of view to the effort of selling the client's products or
services. An agency can also handle overall marketing and branding strategies and Sales
Promotion for its clients.

Existing System:

                   If an outfit does not talk or relay its client goals and creative wishes properly
problems can arise. Most Full-Service agency work on a combination of fee-based and
commission based compensation. The fee is paid by the entity for which the marketing is being
done. However an outfit may have better negotiate powers than your company and save you
more money in the long run anyways. There are far more advantages to having the right
advertising outfit than not.
Problem Definition:

Advertising outfit commissions are likely to cost more than creating promotional
campaigns in house. The firm may not have the money to employ an advertising outfit
especially if the business is relatively new, with high start up costs. The promotional campaign
and creative ideas suggested by the advertising outfit may not return the firm's vision and
values. The advertising outfit may not be as enthusiastic as you are about your product.

Proposed System:
                               In order to avoid the above problem this project is to provide advertisement
details like advertisement cost in various channels. Depending upon the budget the various
channels can allot different advertisements. Here the total front end is developed using Asp.Net
and backend is developed using SQL server.
