Geoff emailed Christine on Friday, 21 January 2011 to say that Pat had emailed him saying that Gitty has a Telephone
Conference at that time.
Gitty therefore wondered if a 9 a.m. or even an 11.30 a.m. start for our meeting would be possible?
Pat can do any option but the latter would work better for him.
Geoff emailed all Board Members asking for their preferred start time.
