Dear Customer,
This section is designed to provide you with
relevant information about the Car Ijarah
program and to enable you to understand the
case approval process and applicable
charges;
1. The customer shall be responsible for
selecting the vehicle.
2. The customer will provide the Security
Deposit before disbursement of Ijarah
facility. In case of used (already registered)
vehicles, the customer shall get the vehicle
transferred in the Bank’s name prior to
signing of the Lease Agreement.
3. You will be required to pay processing
charges (Non-refundable) at the time of
login the case along with the documents
as mentioned in point 8.
4. Please do not give cash to any employee or
representative of Meezan Bank for any
charges, or services or for any other
purpose.
5. Meezan Bank reserves the right to reject any
application without assigning any reason.
6. In case the applicant’s cheque for
Application Processing & Documentation
charges or Security Deposit is dishonored,
Meezan Bank reserves the right to reject
the application.
7. In case your application is approved, you
will be required to pay the amount for the
Security Deposit before disbursement of
the facility.
8. The processing of your application will be
commenced after receipt of complete
documents as listed below:
a) Application form duly filled and signed
by the applicant
b) Copy of CNIC
c) One recent passport size photograph
d) Salary slip or certificate (for salaried
individuals)
e) Original or certified copy of last six
months bank statement of salary
account (for salaried individuals) -
(Online Statements are not acceptable)
f) Original or certified copy of last six
months bank statement, business or
personal (for business and self
employed individuals) - (Online
Statements are not acceptable)
g) Specimen signature card duly signed and
stamped by the bank / employer
h. Business proofs / Evidence of other
income (for Businessmen/Self
Employed professionals).
I hereby declare that all the information
stated herein and otherwise provided by me
to the Bank from time to time is true and
correct in all respects. I confirm that in case
my signature(s) herein below differ
materially from the signature on my
Computerized National Identity Card,
Meezan Bank is authorized and instructed to
rely on the Agreement(s) and other
documents, which I may enter into with
Meezan Bank in relation to my Car Ijarah I
also authorize Meezan Bank to verify any
information as per their policy. The
verification may be carried out as deemed
appropriate by Meezan Bank, either through
its own staff or other sources as deemed
appropriate.
I undertake to issue Post-dated Cheques
against Car Ijarah monthly rentals payable
during the tenure of the Ijarah. I certify that I
have clearly read the paras (1) to (8) of the
section above containing relevant
information about Meezan Bank Car Ijarah
scheme and have clearly understood the
same and agree to abide by the same.
I understand and undertake the Processing
Charges are non-refundable. I also
understand that this facility is only offered to
Pakistani nationals and do hereby declare
that I am a Pakistani national.
All payments should be made through
Pay-order or Cross-cheque in favour of
“Meezan Bank” only. Meezan Bank will not
be responsible or liable for payments made
through cash or bearer cheques.

: I hereby undertake that I do not have
any family member(s) employed with
Meezan Bank Limited.
