1. On or about August 12 , 2010, I filed a Three Day Presentment Letter regarding

Account #0025710732. This notice was sent by Registered Mail Receipt # RE 539
210 803 US and was delivered on August 19, 2010, per USPS 3811 Return Receipt
and you did not respond.
2. On or about August 25, 2010, you were sent a First Notice of Fault and Demand for
payment in the amount of $1,686,400.00 One Million Six Hundred and Eighty Six
thousand and Four Hundred US Dollars. This notice was sent by Certified Mail Receipt
# 7009 3410 0002 0480 2909 and was delivered on August 27, 2010, per USPS 3811
Return Receipt and you did not respond.
3. On or about August 31, 2010, a Second Notice of Fault and Demand for Payment was
sent. This notice was sent by Certified Mail Receipt # 7009 3410 0002 0480 2947
and was delivered on September 3, 2010, per USPS 3811 Return Receipt and you did
not respond.
4. On September 13, 2010, a Final Notice of Default and Demand for Payment was
sent. This notice was sent by Certified Mail Receipt # 7010 3410 0002 0480 2992
and was delivered on September 16, 2010, per USPS 3811 Return Receipt and you
did not respond. You are now in default and damages are past due. Penalties and
interest are accruing daily as is provided by contract.

THIS IS THE FINAL NOTIFICATION AND JUDGMENT. NO OTHER NOTIFICATIONS WILL BE SENT
TO YOU. COLLECTION OF THIS LAWFUL CLAIM, AGAINST YOUR BONDS, INSURANCE
POLICIES, 801-K, CAFR FUNDS, PROPERTIES, OR ANY OTHER SOURCE OF REVENUE TO CURE
YOUR DISHONOR IN THE PUBLIC WILL BEGIN IN THREE BUSINESS DAYS IF THIS CLAIM IS
