SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, AAA and CCC, both Filipinos, both of legal age, married to each other, with residence at Cebu
City, Cebu, do hereby appoint, name and constitute, our daughter, BBB, likewise of legal age, Filipino,
married and a resident of the same address, to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact, to act on our behalf and
in our name, place and stead, to execute and perform any or all of the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To let lease or give on lease the whole or any part of the land, on such terms and conditions
in her absolute discretion that she thinks fit, surrender of possession to such tenant, lessee,
licensee or other occupier to take possession of our property particularly described as follows:

2. To execute and deliver on our behalf, tenancy agreement, contract of lease, license

3. To collect and receive from the tenants, lessees, licenses and occupiers of the said property
all the rent, license fee and such other payments that may be due and to take all lawful
proceedings for recovery of the said sums.

4. To pay and settle any amount of claims and demands for the preservation of the said
property.

WE hereby grant the said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to execute and perform every act
necessary as WE might or could do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that the said
attorney-in-fact shall do on may cause by virtue of these presents.
