Fitting Instructions
1. The depth of cabinet should be based on the depth of the T.V. and no
less than 16"(400 mm). The minimum width between side walls of
cabinet should be more than circle of rotation (Refer fig. 1).
2. Ebco TV Stand is supplied in assembled condition and can be installed
in assembled condition.
3. The maximum permissable load is 48 kgs.
4. In case the top plate has to be opened, kindly study the centre
Pivot-Bush assembly. (Refer fig. 2).
5. Fix side supports using M6 Screws and Nuts provided. Tighten all
Nuts and Screws firmly to prevent damage of over turning while
operating T.V Stand (Refer fig.3).

1. Correct assembly is essential.

solid wood, brick work or concrete only.
3. Fix mounting plate onto wall. Use screws and wall plugs provided Fig.2 SINGLE ARM 60 kgs.

4. Refer Fig.2 for single arm
5. Assemble TV table on to arm as per Fig. 3.
6. Place TV on the table top. Use nylon strap and buckle provided to
secure the TV set as in Fig.4.
7. Table top has 20 degree tilt adjustment with double screw M6 Nylon Lock Nut

Fitting Instructions
1. Fix the assembly on the wall by using screws and wall plugs provided.

2. Rotate the board to required position and tighten the knob properly. (Ref. Fig.2)
3. Before unfolding the Ironing board pull the support leg out and lock with the pin

Fitting Instructions
1. Only suitable for solid walls.
2. Span between supports should not exceed 400 mm. (Ref. Fig.1)
3. Shelf should not overhang by more than 100 mm. (Ref. Fig.1)
4. Uniform distributed load not to exceed 15 Kgs. (Ref. Fig.1)
5. Loosen the scew below the shelf support. (Ref. Fig.2)
6. Fix it on the wall with screws and wall plugs provided. (Ref. Fig.3)
7. Place the glass and tighten the screws properly. (Ref. Fig.4)

Fitting Instructions
1. Fit special wall plug provided in the dry wall using Ø9.5 (3/8")
masonary drill. (Ref. Fig. 1).
2. Maintain center to center pitch between rods and drill Ø9.0 mm holes
in the shelf (Ref. Fig. 2)
3. Insert shelf onto rods.
4. Two rods can take a load of 15 kgs. including weight of shelf.
5 For heavier loads increase the no. of rods proportionately.

Drilling Procedure
Manual
1) Placing and positioning of board is done manually on the bed.
2) The motor drives the drills through a gear box directly, and the drill block moves up and
down manually by the plunger handle.
Pneumatic
1) Placing and positioning of board is done manually on the bed.
2) The “Clamp” switch is turned on and the pneumatic camps, camp the board in position.
3) When the “Start” button is pressed, the motor drives the drills directly through a gear box,
and the drill block moves down by a pneumatic cylinder automatically. When start button is
released the drill block will automatically move up.
