The wages protection dated on …/2/2003.

v On sight the federal law no. (1) for the year 1972
concerning the specialties of ministries and the offices
of the ministers and its amendments thereof.
v And the federal law no. (8) for the year 1980,
regulating the relations of labour and the amendments
thereof.
v And the federal law no. (22) for the year 1995,
regulating the profession of the auditors.
v And the cabinet resolution no. (5) for the year 1990,
concerning the organizational Skelton of the Ministry of
Labour & Social Affairs.
v And the ministerial resolution no. (851) for the year
2001, stopping the dealing with the violating
foundations.
v And pursuant to what has been shown by the
undersecretary.
v And the requirements of the public interest.

Does have by order the following

Article One
The workers appointed with annual, monthly wages must have
their wages at least once in a month.

Article Two
With the exception of what has been mentioned in the above
article, the wages of the other employees must be paid at least
fortnight.

Article Three
The authorized department of labour has a right to ask the
foundation for a report done by a professional auditor clarifying the
way of paying the workers’ wages in the period of time specified by
the ministry. The foundation has to submit the above mentioned
report on the time specified by the authorized department of
labour.
Article Four
The authorized department of labour has a right to ask any
foundation for a periodical report clarifying the locations of its
workers whether they are working in project the foundation is
carrying out or in projects are being carried out by the others with
whom the foundation has contracted for executing them from
inside.
The foundation has to supply the department with the additional
documents on the time specified by the authorized department of
labour.

Article Five
Any foundation, which doesn’t commit to submit the mentioned
reports or any of them as required by the ministry, the document
required from it or presenting unreal data, is considered in a state
of violation to the rules of this resolution, and all the administrative
and penal procedures mentioned in the federal law no. (8) for the
year 1980 and the ministerial resolution will be taken against it.

Article Six
All the concerned authorities have to adapt the required
procedures for executing the resolution minutely.

Article Seven
This resolution becomes valid from the date of issue and to
published in the official newspaper.
