The foundation of Shopper's Stop was laid on October 27, 1991 by the K. Raheja Corp. group of companies. With an
immense amount of expertise and credibility, Shopper's Stop has become the highest benchmark for the Indian retail
industry. Working with ‘Crossword’ a life style book store having 48 stores across the country including 24 franchisees.

Asst. Manager- Franchise Operation


 Successfully and consistently delivering outstanding performance in following areas:

 Coordinating with franchisees providing them assistance to achieve customer satisfaction and margins through
sales.

 Monitoring viability of SOPs at Franchise Store level.

I got opportunity to work with India’s 4th largest Pharmaceutical Venture. Worked for their retail venture called Dialforhealth
India Ltd. having more that 125 stores across the country and I was heading Mumbai unit and responsible for performance
of 35 franchisees in given region.
