As we age, there are lots of changes in our self, it can be internal and external

may a visual change, skin texture change, changes in our muscles, joints, and bones that
can affect the posture and the way we walk.

I have grandmother and grandfather who is now in their 70’s and their body
condition is not that bad, but there are some circumstances like there are easy to get
sick and in terms of their bodily posture they’re having a hard time like walking in long
distance and cannot like I think bend because of their knees.

So by staying fit even in old age is important to avoid serious complications of


our bones so that we can still do things that teenagers can do, by staying fit, active and
especially by paying attention to our nutrition is the key to healthy aging to live longer.

We have no choice in getting older but staying healthy by continuing to exercise and
eating healthy will make your quality of life much better.

Treatment includes medication, a healthy diet and weight-bearing exercise to


help prevent bone loss or strengthen already weak bones.

Therefore help by eating calcium rich foods and vitamin D. Sunlight in


moderation will provide vitamin D. As we age, a person loses the mineral CALCIUM.
Meditation helps us maintain a strong sense of mental balance. It is not just
simply a way to calm and relax but also a good exercise in brain and mind. It is good for
our mental and also for the condition of our body.

When there are times that I got so much stress over my school activities
meditation helps me get rid it not that totally wipe out but it helps me cleanses the way
I think and the way I act.

Meditation can help you get rid of stress and its effects. It can make you feel
good and relaxed. This helps you not to eat and stop worrying about what is happening
in the world. The whole purpose of meditation is to get rid of stress. The habit of
meditation helps the body to regain its energy, strength, and fitness. The practice of
meditation is known to help in regulating blood pressure, controlling cravings, curbing
emotions and improving brain activity, all important factors that contribute to good
health and fitness.

any form of exercise are great ways that could maintain good mental health.
Personally no, I mean we live a life but it also depends on someone's goals. It's okay to
cheat if you're in a diet but like I said you must be accountable by your choices.

Eating unhealthy food while you're in your workout isn't bad. It can become bad if
you're not controlling your food intake. Unhealthy food is okay but when it becomes a daily
thing your body won't be able to burn fat even if you do workout and most importantly when
feeding our body nutritious food, we wont have to work out as hard to get that same body. So
just lessen our intake.

And exercise isn't all about work out and physical activities is beyond that help us to

I don't really do vitamins but as I remember when I was just a child I am taking it. I heard
this a lot that vitamins fill up deficiency. and by amino acids the building blocks of proteins it
helps our body receive nutrients that is a necessary ingredients for us to continue and carries
tasks it our everyday life.

Regular exercise is just one of factor that contributes to keep our body healthy, healthy
living is not that just simply exercising, this is not enough. In becoming fit and achieve to
healthy lifestyle is to take responsibilities of every choices we make in todays and in the
present.

In staying our physical body in a good condition we must be aware of what we eat, what
we take and what we do in our everyday life. There were lots of things to do in order to stay fit.
We jus need efforts it doesn't need to be expensive too. We but we simply achieve it by taking
responsibilities of our actions.
