Rewards
Are there any things that you have to do but don’t like doing?
Do you think having some treats to reward you would help get those things done?
Here are some examples of rewards: being read a special story, playing your favourite
game, having your favourite meal, a trip out, a hug or cuddle, breakfast in bed, some time
to yourself.
What rewards would you like to try?

International School Accreditation

Last week we received the Foundation Level of the International School Award. This is gained
by our school being committed to raising standards for all pupils and by using international
benchmarking and collaboration in order to achieve this. We aim to enable young people to
embrace their future with confidence and understanding. We hope to raise their aspirations to
participate in life and work at a global level, and ensure they have the opportunity to match
their peers in knowledge and ability, and communicate effectively across countries and
cultures. Our curriculum reflects our commitment to develop awareness and understanding of
the languages and religions, history and geography, character and concerns of people around
the world. We have curriculum-based international activities across some subjects in place,
others planned across the school. We have begun to look for partnerships in other countries
and want to develop activities and initiatives for our existing partnerships. Year 5 have
established links with France and have recently been pleased to receive photos and
information from their new link school. So many thanks to Mrs Stewart and Mrs Jackson for
leading this initiative. Brampton are now working towards the Intermediate Award.

RJ need help with collecting small empty plastic pots with twist lids. They
are looking for the pots that the body butters and hand creams come in.
If you have any please send them in via the school office marked for Miss
Jarmyn in RJ. Many thanks for your help.
