psychology and the relevant treatment for intervention.

1. Introduction – define briefly health psychology and state the purpose of your
task.
2. Content:

i. Elaborate the psychological of the habit that you have chosen.
Support your elaboration with relevant articles.
Part 2
ii. Read Topic 7 of your module. Choose any concepts or model from the
topic. Relate that concept/model to explain the bad habit that you
have chosen and the way to manage the habit. Support your ideas
with relevant research articles.
