Sponsorship AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT WAS MADE ON

BETWEEN
1. The Potomac Trading Co. DBA "Neelamga!” Company) and
2. [__________________________], ("Sponsor Organization"),

This mutual agreement is a formal document defining the terms and conditions
between the
Sponsor and the Company and consists of the following details:

1. “Company” will donate 10% of the fee to the Sponsor that is collected
from the sale of any item purchased by member of Sponsor Organization and paid
by the member of the Sponsor Organization.
2. ”Company” will donate 10% of the fee to the Sponsor that is collected from the
sale of any item sold by member of Sponsor and paid by the member of the Sponsor
Organization.
3. ”Company” will keep the Sponsor informed whenever any member of the
Sponsor Organization offers any item for auction at Neelamga!
4. ”Company” will keep the Sponsor informed whenever any member of the
Sponsor Organization purchases any item for auction at Neelamga!
5. Only “Company” will have Sole and exclusive rights of being Sponsor
Auctioneer for its commercial use.
6. ”Company” will have the rights to use the name of the Sponsor as a Sponsor
on promotional items related to “Company” or Neelamga.com and its subsidiaries.
7. ”Company” will contact the Sponsor with a follow up email indicating the
number of items offered for auction, auctioned and/or purchased by the member of
the Sponsor Organization every last day of the month..
8. Sponsor Organization will email its members and introduces The
Neelamga!
9. Time to time Sponsor Organization will send the email to its members to
introduce upcoming auctions especially if the proceeds of the auction sale are to be
donated to the any non-profit organization.
10. “Company” Will make sure that each and every thing being offered for
auction is legal, morally acceptable, and by any means does not hurt the feeling of
any one.
11. “Company” Will act responsibly and make sure that use its Sponsors
reference with responsibility.
12. If the Sponsor feels that the Sponsor want to end the relation of Sponsorship,
Sponsor have to give 72 written notice to terminate the relationship. The notice can
be emailed
at Sponsorship@neelamga.com.

13. Both parties herein agree that this “Sponsorship Agreement” shall be in
accordance and governed by the laws of the state of Maryland.
14. This agreement shall remain in force until cancelled via written contact (e.g.
mail or e-mail) by either party.
15. This agreement creates no liability or legal responsibility whatsoever for the
sponsor regarding the purchase or sale of any goods, or any acts done by The
Potomac Trading Company.
