1. ABOUT THE SCRIPT

This script was created by Matthew Strikers (Scripter) and Mike Caroll (Mapper), we reserve the right to Edit, Modify or
Delete this script. Our servers, including but not limited to, the server and the fórums are provided
by the Oceanic Crew.

2. ABOUT THE OWNERSHIP OF THE SCRIPT

This script is owned by Matthew Strikers and Mike Caroll, in case one of the parties resigns from his duties the
script goes to the scripter, Matthew Strikers while the mappings go to Mike Caroll. The ownership is a shared-type
ownership, in this case the 2 owners are Matthew Strikers and Mike Caroll.
The owners of the script are also the owners of the server.

3. ABOUT MEMBERS OF THE OCEANIC CREW

The Oceanic Crew is a elite, hand-picked team that manages the server and the script.
It also includes the Oceanic Testers, which in this case are the members that help and actively test the new updates with
Matthew Strikers.
It also includes the Oceanic Staff, which manages the server and the fórums.

4. UPDATING THE SCRIPT

When the script is updated it must be listed in the Changelog. The Oceanic Crew has the right to update at any time after
posting the update in the Changelog of the fórums, at any time with no previous advice.

5. CURRENCY
In the game (IG) the currency is a Oceanic Dollar (although it’s simply called a Dollar).
Although this currency can’t be used to buy things officially In Real Life (IRL / RL) it’s valued as:
1 American Dollar = 1,000 Oceanic Dollars.

The Oceanic Dollars are base don the Real American Dollars attempting to base it on a realistic-type economy.
We don’t take any responsability on any damage Physically or Metally that the Oceanic Dollars can make, including but not
limited to, Exchanges IRL.

It’s Prohibited to Exchange the Oceanic Dollars with no In Character (Meaning, while playing as a carácter, or in other words,
Roleplaying) activity, and it’s not allowed to affect the Exchange by any In Real Life chat, although we don’t take any
responsability on this issues, we ban this actions.

6. WORLD
Oceanic Roleplay is a virtual open-world, it’s created to simúlate a real life based enviroment, as it’s simulating a real life
based enviroment, criminal behaviours are used, and even adult behaviours, you don’t have any legal right to complaint of any
of this activities, you are supposed to be 18 years or older (Rockstar Games’ Grand Thef Auto: San Andreas was rated by
PEGI as 18+ and ESRB rated it for Adults Only).

7. CONTENT
It contains Violence (Including but not limited to, People injured or dying and particles), Bad Language (including but not
limited to, bad language and threads Inside the game but not ment to be out of the game), Fear, Sex (including but not limited
to, characters nude or dressed in a inapropiate manner or virtual relationships), Drugs, Gambling (not for real Money) and
Discrimination. This is also rated for GTA:SA, and specially for this server.

8. DISCLAIMER
Neither Matthew Strikers nor Mike Caroll take ANY type of responsabilities on the players
with 18 years old or less. If we had to rate the script we would rate it as AO (For ESRB)
and 18+ (For PEGI).
