Un sistema prefabricado, flexible y modular
para equipar el interior de los quirófanos,
mediante paneles a modo de rejilla.
El diseño de paredes modulares es realiza-
do según las especificaciones técnicas del
cliente.
■ Las complicadas instalaciones para las
diversas áreas y aplicaciones se diseñan
de forma clara y funcional.
■ Nos adaptamos a sus requisitos en cuanto
a protección de radiación, aislamiento
acústico y protección contra el fuego, así
como asegurarnos de la correcta estan-
queidad del circuito de gases.

Diseño
Los paneles modulares son fabricados de forma individual,
con una junta máxima entre ellos de 8 mm. El diseño modu-
lar de las paredes, simplifica la extracción individual de
cada panel, ofreciendo un fácil acceso para la reparación
y/o modificación de las instalaciones posteriores.

(Disponemos de certificados oficiales de inspección de
los siguientes requisitos)
Higiene
Todas las superficies expuestas y, que pueden ser causa de
problemas de higiene, son macroscópicamente lisas y exen-
tas de poros.
Protección a los R.X.
El sistema de pared de doble panel tiene un equivalente de
protección contra los R.X. de 0.6 mm. a 100 Kv. (o 0.3 mm.
a 150 Kv.). También podemos ofrecer un nivel de protec-
ción mas elevado utilizando placas adicionales de plomo.
Protección contra el fuego
El sistema de paredes está fabricado con material no infla-
mable, en caso de fuego, estos no generan ningún tipo
de gases que puedan ser perjudiciales para la salud. El
sistema de paredes de doble panel, es acorde con DIN
4102, 2ª parte, con una resistencia al fuego F90A.
Protección acústica.
El sistema de paredes de pared simple (sin fibra mineral),
tiene un nivel de aislamiento acústico de R’w44dB.
El sistema de paredes de doble pared (sin fibra mineral),
tiene un nivel de aislamiento acústico de R’w56dB.

Design
Made of individual modular panels, with a maximum
joint width of 8 mm.
The partition wall system design facilitates the dismant-
ling of any individual panel, to provide easy access
for later installations, alterations or repair work.

(We have an official state certificate of inspection
for the following requirements)
Hygiene
Exposed surfaces, which might cause hygienic pro-
blems, are macroscopically smooth and free from
pores.
X-Ray protection
The double panelled wall system has an X-ray protec-
tion lead equivalent of 0,6 mm at 100 KV (or 0,3 mm
at 150 KV). Higher lead equivalents can be achieved
by using thicker lead sheeting.
Fire protection
The wall system is made of a non-flammable A-
material. In case of fire, there is no development of
gases that could become a health hazard. The dou-
ble panelled wall system is in accordance with DIN
4102 part 2, fire resistant class F90A.
Noise protection
The single panelled wall system (without mineral fibre)
has a noise insulation rate of R´w 44 dB.
The double panelled wall system (with mineral fibre)
has a noise insulation rate of R´w 56 dB.

El sistema de techo, es un lógico complemento
del sistema de paredes modulares. Los paneles
modulares del techo se asemejan al reticulado
del sistema de paredes modulares, pudiendo
cada uno de estos paneles de techo ser des-
montado individualmente. Los perfiles de adap-
tación de los paneles así como los embellece-
dores completan el conjunto.

La subestructura de compone de perfiles de susten-
tación así como de crucetas de la retícula, fijados a
modo de rejilla rígida con la misma modulación que
el sistema reticular de la pared modular.
Paneles de techo
Los paneles de techo se pueden fabricar indistinta-
mente en acero inoxidable o acero con galvaniza-
do electrolítico, con un acabado superficial esmal-
tado.
The ceiling system is the logical supplementary
module to the wall system. The panel modules
match the wall system grid dimensions and
each panel can be detached individually.
Adapter panels and fitting panels complete the
system range.

Ceiling panels are made of either polished stainless
steel sheet or of electrolytically galvanized quality

ding screen and has no extra cover.
