Mesin Bor yang digunakan untuk keperluan pekerjaan

pemboran, semua peralatannya sudah dirangkai menjadi
satu kesatuan yang disebut drilling rig.

Sebuah drilling rig dirancang sesuai dengan

kemapuannya, sudah mempunyai spesifikasi tertentu.
Seperti besarnya torque maksimum yang dapat
dihasilkan (Newton-M), daya angkat (Lifting Forces)
dalam ton dan moving type yang dimilikinya.

Dilihat dari moving type (cara bergerak, berpindah,

loading dan unloading) yang dimiliki oleh sebuah mesin
bor, maka dapat dikelompkan sebagai berikut:

Truck Mounted merupakan suatu sistim bor yang telah dibangun di

atas kenderaan truk dan setiap bagiannya tidak dapat diubah-ubah
atau dipindahkan dari kenderaan truk tersebut.

Sistem mesin bor seperti ini biasanya dipergunakan untuk daerah-

daerah yang dapat dicapai oleh kenderaan berat, karena jenis ini
mempunyai berat rata-rata diatas 15 ton. Sistem bor seperti ini tidak
dapat dipergunakan di daerah yang tidak mempunyai akses jalan
yang baik.

Keutamaan pemakaian peralatan mesin bor jenis Truck Mounted ini
adalah :
1. Cepat dalam Rigging Up/Rigging Down Work
2. Tidak membutuhkan tenaga operator yang banyak.
3. Cepat dalam mobilisasi maupun demobilisasi.

Sedangkan kekurangannya adalah:

1. Investasi sangat mahal (± 500.000 US$)
2. Biaya operasional pada remote area sangat besar. Terutama
untuk membuat fasilitas jalan.
3. Biaya operasional tinggi.

Sistem pemboran jenis ini menggunakan Kelly sebagai pasak pemutar di rotary
system-nya. Down Hole system turun dengan beban beratnya sendiri dan
banyak dipergunakan di dalam pengeboran minyak bumi

 Rotary Truck Mounted Drilling Rig
1. BZC-400BCA truck mounted drilling rig is a kind of truck mounted and rotary
table drilling rig.
2. The truck chassis adopts the 8X4 special crane chassis of brand CHAN'AN
TRUCK and the main drive system, the transfer case, gearbox, double-winch
unit, mud pump, turntable, drilling tower, feed mechanism are set up on the
chassis.
3. This rig is a rotary drilling rig with directional circulation. It is equipped with
BW850/2A mud pump which adopts the slurry as the washing fluid and can
drill on clay, sand and rock if it is equipped with suitable drilling bit.
4. The main drive of rig is mechanical and the four landing legs and drilling tower
are hydraulic controlled. Transfer case and mud pump clutch system are air
operated.
5. According to client’s requirement, the rig can carry out down-the-hole hammer
drilling with USA Sullair, Japan PDSKIOOS, Sweden Atlas, China Kaishan,
Hongwuhuang; can carry out air lifting reverse circulation drilling with air-
water tap, double-wall drilling pipe, gas-water separator; can carry out
Hydraulic DTH hammer drilling rock breaking with 850/2A mud pump; can
carry out core-drilling with other special drilling tools.

Skid mounted adalah suatu jenis mesin bor yang sangat fleksibel
penggunannya dan dapat digunakan baik untuk eksplorasi mineral, sumur bor
panas bumi, sumur bor air, pekerjaan pondasi teknik sipil dan lain-lainnya.

Selain itu, mesin bor jenis ini penggunaannya dapat dikombinasi baik di atas
truck ataupun track, ataupun di atas bantalan rel sehingga dapat berjalan
dengan sendirinya di medan sulit yang tidak punya akses jalan.

daerah-daerah yang terisolasi ataupun belum ada existing
road.

Biasanya dipakai dalam pemboran eksplorasi di lokasi-

lokasi rencana pembangunan infrastruktur, seperti ladang
minyak, pembangunan komplek industri perminyakan
dan lain-lain. Sistem bor seperti ini jarang dipergunakan,
karena memerlukan pengadaan alat dan biaya
pengangkutan yang sangat besar.

Drilling devices are mounted on the carrier, thus, the removability of the rig is increased .The assembling
and preparatory time is shortened and the effectiveness of the rig is increased.

The heavy duty carrier is 14×8constant drive ,self-propelled ,equipped with power steering system and
having a good cross-country capability.

The rotary table can realize forward reverse shift ,suitable for all kinds of drilling pipe rotary operation .It
is equipped with anti- torque release device to ensure that the drilling pipe deformation energy can safely
release.

Designed according to API International specifications, meeting the HSE requirement and the
requirement of international bidding.

Hydraulically operated Trolley Truck & Trailer Mounted Drilling Rigs are
specially designed for fast & cost effective drilling by air, mud or foam drilling
methods using down-the-hole hammers & bits, core barrel and tools, rotary tricone
bits and other conventional tools as per customers choice. Hydraulic system
powered by Deck engine is operated by variable displacement piston pumps,
which regulates rotary head speed, feed etc.

 HYDX-5A adopts full hydraulic driving, travelling with crawlers itself.
The drill head is driven by variable motor with function of two-speed
mechanical gear shifts, stepless speed change with an advanced and
simple structure. The rotator is fed and driven with a system connecting
the spindle and oil cylinder with chain. The system has the function, if the
piston rods of oil cylinder moving one certain distance, the drill head
moving will double the distance. The mast could be adjusted within the
range of angle 0 to 90 degree for its drilling hole with a low center of
gravity and good stability of the overall unit.
